The animation team is amazing lidia valeria and shanty the hotel is good and the food is good
Myself and my husband have just spent 2 weeks here and after reading the reviews before we came we were sceptical… but wow we’ve had such a great time.
It’s right around the corner from Hi and Ushuaïa so perfect for clubbing with no taxi charges! Loads of bars and restaurants up the road too but gets very busy obviously. Yes you hear people coming and going at all hours not the hotels fault and nothing you can do about it, most people are respectful and quiet but you can’t close these doors quietly. Not understanding why people don’t realise this before they come - it’s not a party hotel and they don’t encourage it but is right next to massive clubs of course it’s gonna have people going out. Pacha is about a €16 taxi ride so not bad at all.
The hotel is clean, lots of friendly staff always happy to help and they look like they actually enjoy their work.
It’s right next to the beach which you access through one of two locked gates you open with your room key. The beach is lovely, lots of sand and space. You don’t get any free sun beds but that was fine for us we just took down our towels and came back to get drinks from the bar.
We were upgraded on arrival to a superior pool view room which was lovely, very clean and no problems at all. It was cleaned daily to a great standard, fresh towels every day and the cleaners were lovely. No tea and coffee facilities in the room though.
The pool is bigger than I expected and we never had any problem getting a sun-bed, they have Bali beds you can hire for the day at a cost of €50 which we did on our last day and it was worth it. You hire towels for €10 euro each and then get that back when you return them at the end.
The food was really nice for an all inclusive, again not sure why people think it’s gonna be anything other than it is. Yes it can get a bit repetitive but they serve everything, fresh pizza, pasta and meat daily. Great choice at breakfast and lunch too. It was always fresh and hot, maybe sometimes they were a bit slow to replenish certain dishes but you just wait a few minutes. The snack bar outside is great for toasties, burgers, chips etc too.
Now my only negatives are the AI cocktails they are the worst I’ve ever had anywhere, jugs of watered down juice with a bit of alcohol in them. I suspect they want you to go to the bar and pay for nice ones, which Tbf did look lovely but I never bothered. The bar queues can sometimes get a bit long too, but it is what it is!
The entertainment was dire, one band they hired was absolutely amazing one night, got everyone dancing and singing and actually engaging with everyone watching. Other nights there was either nothing at all, a dreadful double act they hired that looked like they had come out of the 80’s with a smoke machine or a quiz you did on your phone all separately with no talking - very strange. We did go out quite a few nights so maybe I missed something good.
I would definitely come back to the hotel in the future.
Leaving
1-The wi-Fi was not working
2-The room flooded due to a blocked shower and we had to move Rooms at 23:59hrs
3-Directly underneath the flight pass for the airport
4-Extremely loud live music in the evening (until 22:30) and noisy 20 year old party crowds coming back after the clubs
5-Asked for an iron at Reception. That was not working and they did not have a second.(you need to give a cash deposit to use that no working iron)
6- the hotel gymnasium is a joke
La camera ( arredamento vecchio e poco confortevole), il letto ( materasso e rete non buoni), la zona piscina ( piastrelle infuocate, caos).
I trace and stay in approx 47 countries and hotels per year and this4 star is a 3 max at a push.
Only worth 1/3 the price per night by its standard
Wouldn’t do an early check in eve if it was ready and available
Only options between breakfast and lunch was more breakfast which they only do pork option and charge you €20 for it eve if you ca only eat the salad and eggs
The only option for leaving bags was an unsupervised room with anyone having access to it they had some small lockers which suit case would fit and another cheap kick in the balls they charge you ti use the lockers
So now I have to wait with my bags in the lobby for 4 hours and unable to eat there shocking food option
All this and I haven’t even gut to my room hate the place will not be staying here for longer than today and advice everyone to consider other options this place is cheap and no body cares to try and resolve an issue
Horrendous place
We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights juring June. The rooms are ok we were lucky to be upgraded to a superior room due to some issues with our room. The hotel its self is very spacious and enough places to sit and sunbathe etc.. we were all inclusive and the breakfast and lunch were really very good and enough choice for everyone! The evening meals were a little repetitive and not the greatest choice for vegetarians to be honest. It’s a great location and a beautiful beach behind the hotel. There was a separate cocktail bar which you got a discount if you was all inclusive which was fabulous and couldn’t fault!! A special thanks to Gloria who is definitely worth her waiting gold ,such an asset to this hotel! And also a mention to Cisse and Feilpa who made the most wondeful drinks and were so friendly! Thank you for a lovely stay in Ibiza…
It was an amazing hotel good food perfect animation
Hard to say what i liked bcs i LOVED IT ALL! The staff was GREAT!!!
I loved it all
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and this hotel is, at best, a 3-star property.
The hotel is in desperate need of updating. The rooms were not cleaned to an acceptable standard, with cobwebs at high level, stained walls, and inconsistent housekeeping. It was a lottery whether we received enough towels each day, and on some occasions there was no toilet roll provided. There are also no tea or coffee-making facilities in the rooms.
Reception was extremely busy throughout our stay and clearly understaffed, especially during check-in periods. We requested extra pillows and towels, but they never arrived and we had to ask again. On our second visit to reception, we were told the original request had never been logged. While one staff member eventually resolved the issue, the attitude of some reception staff came across as rude and unhelpful.
The TV in our room did not work from the start. A member of staff initially removed the remote control but provided no update. After chasing reception, we were told the issue had been fixed when it hadn’t. It eventually took several more visits from staff before the TV and remote were completely replaced.
The food and drink offering was also disappointing. There were not enough bars open, resulting in long waits for alcoholic drinks. The cocktails were pre-made and tasted poor. The snack bar served the same food every day, and the quality was below average. The hot breakfast items were often cold.
Another major issue was the unpleasant sewage smell around the pool area, which significantly affected the overall atmosphere.
Positives: The air conditioning in the room worked well, the location was good, and the entertainment team provided enjoyable evening entertainment.
Overall, there are some positives, but the lack of cleanliness, poor service, food quality issues, and maintenance problems meant this was not the standard we expected. I would not rate this as a true 4-star hotel.
The waiters were consistently very friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience and was much appreciated. On the whole we were very happy with our stay however there were just a few points for improvement.
The location was excellent—far enough from the clubs to avoid noise, but still close enough that you don’t need to Uber anywhere. It’s also right next to a lovely beach with plenty of space to relax.
The atmosphere was pleasant overall, with good vibes and upbeat music, although nothing particularly standout. The rooms were fairly ordinary and on the small side, and I wasn’t a fan of the twin beds pushed together to make a double.
Cleanliness was generally okay, though there is room for improvement—for example, room floors weren’t always thoroughly swept and a few plates seemed to have a couple of good marks which were missed. It would also be better if cleaners could knock before entering rooms.
The all-inclusive drinks weren’t really to my taste, and the food was fairly average, more cafeteria-style. That said, there was plenty available with a good number of options, although a bit more variety from day to day would be welcome.
There could be more comfy seating areas such as sofas, possibly on the other side of the resort, as there weren’t always enough sunbeds due to people reserving them throughout the day.
Had a fun evening with lydia playing disco bingo.
Singing and dancing in between was fun too 😁
