Excellent hotel, interior is well styled and clean. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful, spacious with a lovely balcony and view of the pool and sea. The food on the all inclusive far exceeded my expectations, a wide range of high quality fresh, healthy options and something for everyone. No wait times and plenty of everything.
The location was ideal for us, across the road from one of my favorite beaches and beach clubs on the island and walking distance to some of the night time venues such as Hi and Ushuaia. Noise levels weren't an issue, pool music came on around 12pm. The hotel was Amazing value for money, I look forward to visiting again. Thank you

This hotel is no where near a 4 star hotel. The staff are very rude and unhelpful, the mould on the bathroom ceiling is vile, constantly asking for clean towels every day& bed sheets,
The staff go round with a trolley of carva & asking if you put a good review on you get a free glass that’s only reason I can see why there is good reviews on here 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️💁‍♂️💁‍♂️💁‍♂️💁‍♂️💁‍♂️

I don’t complain easily and have never wrote a review but this hotel is not a 4 star ! There is a lot of work needed on the hotel to come close and cleanliness is not to any standard you would even expect for a lower rating. The main issue is the attitude of staff mainly reception they seem unbothered and I can’t tell you how many times they shrugged their shoulders including the first day when my father fainted and no one helped and I asked if there was any help or first aider and was told can call a private doctor for 200 euros and another shrug of the shoulders but not one member of staff approached to offer any help . Was constantly having to ask for towels, sheets, soap , to actually clean areas that hadn’t been touched. The pool was also filthy and if getting up at 7am to ensure you have a bed at the pool area is your thing you will be in luck ! The food selection and taste was good however most was cold or lukewarm at best . Never been on a holiday and came away so disappointed and I do wonder for the good reviews they were going round asking people to put reviews online for a glass of free cava !

We are 4 days in. I wouldn’t say its a 4 star, probably a very good 3 star. Just some things let it down.
The food is very good for an all inclusive, soft drinks are self service round the pool. Usual sunbed wars, we’re having to set an alarm for 7,15am to come and reserve them otherwise there’s no chance.
We are in block 6 and our room smells of damp/foist or possibly been smoked in. Have seen other reviews saying the same.
Biggest disappointment is the alcoholic drinks, cocktails not available on all inclusive, have to pay for them. There are 3 available on all inclusive but they are pre made juice and taste vile.
If you venture out in a taxi get a local one as uber as extortionate round here.
Air con in rooms and restaurant very good.
Its probably not good enough to make us return however for what we paid it’s not bad.

Rooms and bathrooms need updating to match the aesthetic of the Boho feel of the rest of the hotel, i feel this coukd easily bring this 4 star hotel up a notch.food was 5 star...exceptional choice every night a different carvery meat cant fault the food at all,
Some staff don't acknowledge you at all, BUT Gloria !!!! the barmaid in the outdoor bar is amazing, drinks were Fab and her lively energy while making them just made our nights.
location to the beach was fantastic we were there everyday and the beach restaurant at tgw back of the hotel was lovely.
Overall a great little place.

Oltretutto camera super pulita, struttura molto curata

El aspecto más destacable de la estancia fue la gestión de Gloria, la responsable de los bares. Su nivel de atención al cliente fue impecable. Demostró una gran profesionalidad, y tanto su trato personal como sus indicaciones concretas sobre los servicios aportaron un valor añadido real a la experiencia.

Good location, within walking distance of the strip and close to the airport. You stop noticing the noise from the planes flying over after a day or 2.
A good selection of food, all fresh and hot. Alcoholic drinks are abit iffy, some are not included in the package and have to be paid for (discounted price)
Housekeeping are great but the rooms are a little tired. The hotel in general could do with a spruce up.
There are not enough sunbeds and people go down at stupid o'clock to "reserve" them which is rather annoying.
The entertainment is minimal but what they do have on is good.
I would recommend this hotel for families with young children or people just looking for a base between partying.

Fantastic holiday and hotel with the family everything was just perfect. Staff friendly clean and the all inclusive had a great selection.
