Amazing stay, thank you Yasmina
Pros:

A lovely stay at Fergus Bahamas Hotel Ibiza and overall a fantastic holiday.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay, providing everything we needed for a relaxing break.

What really made our holiday special, however, was Yasmina. She is such a friendly, kind, and genuinely caring person who went above and beyond every day to make sure guests felt welcome and looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she always greeted everyone with a smile and a positive attitude.

Yasmina is an absolute credit to this hotel. Her warmth, professionalism, and dedication to guests truly stand out and made a huge difference to our experience. Staff like her are the reason people return year after year which my brother and his family have been doing for 7 years now.

Thank you, Yasmina, for helping make our holiday so memorable. We hope Fergus Bahamas Hotel knows how lucky they are to have you!

Le personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Propreté des chambres. Rouilles dans la douche extrêmement humide dans la chambre et SURTOUT nous étions avec des amis même réservations même prix. Mais alors pas du tout même qualité de chambre nous au niveau un petite chambre et tous ce dont je viens de parler eux au niveau 3 grande chambre propre et rénovée. Donc pas du tout satisfait de cette expérience. Je ne suis pas sur de revenir dans cette hôtel pour mon troisième séjour l année prochaine. Dommage pour nous hôtel pratique et bien situé. L année passée c’était correct.

Staff was very helpful but wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff services were really helpful in accommodating my stay.

Cons:

Rooms were dirty, missing tv remote, hot tub that i paid extra for didn’t have a cap to close, and the room was filled with bugs.

Pros:

Overall the hotel isn’t bad. However the downside came as we entered the room. This hotel has a lovely lobby but a lot of the rooms are very run down. The location was good on the beach and never seemed to be that busy on there. Only a 10€ taxi ride from the airport! The cleanliness was good and atmosphere around the pool on and off. Certain days had a poolside DJ. The service was good never really and any issues except a very long check in. Really this hotel is a 3plus

Cons:

There was a mishap with our reservation upon arrival regarding the number of guests booked. While we understood the hotel’s occupancy policy and were trying to figure out the best solution before proceeding, the interaction at the front desk felt unnecessarily aggressive and stressful with the staff member Nacho. He didn’t allow us to resolve the issue with our booking agency unless we paid beforehand. At the end he told us to just wait for his supervisor and she then told us we needed to figure it out with our booking agency which is what we trying to do from the beginning. We did not feel comfortable there after the way we were treated and left.
