Good location, comfy beds.
Pros:

Great location to the sunset strip and lovely beaches like Cala Gració.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Good facilities in hotel overall.
Useful to have a kitchenette area.

Cons:

Room very dated and needs upgrading. Bathroom still has a bidet in it!
Kitchenette area very useful, but again needs updating as very old.
Furniture in bedroom mismatched.
Balcony overlooked a football pitch, which was noisy when trying to relax.
Bathroom could have been cleaner- lots of hairs.

Pros:

The first and last time at this hotel. Our room was above the bar and the elevator was on the other side of the room. Terrible noise all night long. The bathroom was in the master bedroom with a glass sliding door. So, zero privacy. Breakfast was the same every day. The hotel is suitable for young people because you really can't do anything wrong in those rooms. Otherwise, it was clean, and at the reception, they were very friendly and wanted to do everything they could to still offer us a nice holiday.

Myself and my wife have literally been here since 9.30 pm its not 12.30am so 3 hours exactly and we have already booked another hotel this place is utter filth 16 hairs found on both our single beds and also in the bath and on the bathroom sink absolutely disgusting i wouldnt let my dog stay here. They should be ashamed i will be contacting on the beach tomorrow. The plate cupboard is absolutely disgusting and a health hazard. Avoid at all costs beds are the worst ever and feel lime ive been bit a few times already.

Nice hotel but noisy.
Pros:

The rooms walls were so thin you can hear literally anything, rang reception numerous times to complain about banging, shouting and loud music between 2am and 7am. Didn’t expect this out of season but the hotel did address the issues quite fast (just didn’t resolve them). The room its self is basic but has everything you need for a short stay and the beds were moderate. The pool area and reception area was clean and tidy throughout the whole day. If it wasn’t for the noise during the night I would’ve given a much better review.

Brilliant stay!
Pros:

We booked this hotel as a family of 4 - 2 x 18yo and 2 x middle aged parents!!
The hotel was superb! We stayed in the annexe and booked the breakfast option. Our rooms were HUGE and spotless! Everywhere was so clean. Yes, the rooms are basic but they have everything that you need for a comfortable stay.
The staff are super friendly, from Reception check in/out, the security, the breakfast and bar staff - thank you!
The breakfast choice was excellent - something for everyone and from 8am until 12.30am the olds got breakfast early whilst our clubbing 18yo came straight from Es Paradis to breakfast at 10am!! Oh to be young again!!!
Just loved it here! The hotel facilities are great - we used the gym a few times too which was small but had everything we needed (thanks again to the lovely security lady who opened it up early for us too!!)
Its in a perfect location too - close to everywhere and within stumbling distance to get home from a night out!
Wouldn't hesitate in booking again - in fact already looking into the Vuelta bike races that were on as we both fancied taking part!!!

Place and balcony, nice view

Cons:

No privacy, can't use a toilets properly because it's so transparent, kind of uncomfortable, and also we would like to have maybe a kettle and microwave, l don't know if we could have it depending on how many stars the hotel has but still.

It’s okay,but I recommend to go there when it’s the season, otherwise it’s not that comfortable but still not bad

Remember..its a party hotel..
Pros:

Hotel was amazing. Had a few issues with the toilet and heating but it was sorted straight away.
Only point to make is maybe a little TLC to the rooms (flooring is odd..toilet is out of date) other than that..its a party hotel..not a spa.
