Great staff old furniture and trimmed breakfast compared to 3 years ago
Pros:

Location, staff and breakfast

Cons:

outdated carpets and furniture, street noise at night, the fact they said extra charge for apple juice at paid breakfast!

un expectable experience on the hotel
Pros:

the location is great.

Cons:

the breakfast was very normal out of our expectation, they charge me for removal of mini bar from the room, which is not acceptable at all. the staff during the breakfast was rude staff they ignore our request like getting black coffee and etc.

Pros:

This was my fourth stay here, and it’s always a pleasure to come back. The reception staff were absolutely lovely, warm and welcoming, and the breakfast service was incredible as always.

Cons:

The only slight downside was a damp smell in the room, and I do think the rooms could benefit from a little updating. Other than that, another lovely stay and I’ll definitely be back.

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. Location could not be better.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned well. Cutlery glasses were never replaced with new. Drinking water was hard to get. One had to request several times.
I left a small bag in the hotel and immediately informed the hotel. After a lot of communication via email and concierge it was decided my friend will go to collect.with screen shot of my email for proof. When he went no one gave him my bag. I had requested that it be at from desk for my friends convenience. There was no coordination between staff. Then I requested to send to my friends place which was not too far but I was refused. I stayed 8 nights and I was not catered for my lost property.

Hotel céntrico y con confort
Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables, y tanto los servicios que se ofrecen como los espacios comunes son muy agradables.

Cons:

El servicio fue un poco lento en determinados momentos, y exageradamente servicial, como si estuvieran buscando siempre la propina. En cualquier caso fue respetuoso y atento.

Micul dejun foarte bun si bogat, camera curata dar mobilierul putin invechit, personalul foarte amabil

Cons:

Lipsa balconului, locatie este cam departe de obiective si nu mi-a placut nici faptul ca la receptie se cere o suma de bani garantie, noua ne-au cerut 100 de euro

Η πρόσβαση σε όλους τους προορισμούς είναι άνετη και γρήγορη.
Το ζαχαροπλαστείο του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετικό

Το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο και η εξυπηρέτηση στην ρεσεψιόν μέτρια. Τα δωμάτια με μερική θέα στην θάλασσα έχουν πραγματικά περιορισμένη θέα, τίποτα ιδιαίτερο.
