Останавливались в этом отели первый раз. Ранее всегда бронировали сетевые отели в Стамбуле. Но отель Divan превзошел все ожидания! У нас был забронирован номер стандарт, но при заселении нам сделали апгрейд номера до семейного двухкомнатного, да еще и с частичным видом на Босфор. Завтрак вкусный, разнообразный. Весь персонал - просто отличный. Во всем отеле чисто и царит теплая доброжелательная атмосфера. Спасибо за прекрасные три дня, проведенные в вашем отеле. Обязательно вернемся!

Cons:

El desayuno es muy bueno, pero lo que está incluido con la habitación es de calidad estándar. Cualquier otra cosa (por ejemplo un café con leche bien hecho) hay que pagarla a parte. Para ser un hotel ***** queda sólo un poco regular. Pero esto no es algo que me haría no volver en absoluto.

An absolute great stay. We loved relaxing at the hotel after a days exploring of the city.
Pros:

The location is excellent with Tasim Square, shopping and the Metro within a 2 minute walk.
We enjoyed breakfast and all the great facilities that the hotel offers, gym, spa, pool and Turkish bath.
The hotel also has 2 restaurants and an awesome private bar area as well as a nice outside dinning area for breakfast, lunch and drinks. There is also an ice cream bar for the kids.
The bathroom kits are really nice and comes with tooth brushes, shaving cream with a razor and refreshing soaps ect...everything you would expect from a 5 star establishment.
We chose an adjoining suite as our kids were with us and this was great as there was plenty of space to be together but still have our own separate space. Rooms are very well appointed with mini bar, assortment of chocolates and other snacks but it is very expensive. There was also complimentary Illy expresso coffee and Turkish teas.
The bedding and pillows were supper comfortable and the suite bathrooms were spacious with great showers.

Cons:

No refreshments or water at reception on arrival as it was quiet hot.
Otherwise excellent.

Excellente surprise
Pros:

Cet hotel est une excellente surprise! Il est bien plus beau que ne le laissent suggérer les photos sur booking.
Le personnel est très bien formé et très courtois.
Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. La plupart des aliments sont de bonne qualité
Les chambres sont spatieuses et joliment décorées
A quelques minutes à pied seulement de la place Taksim, mais suffisant en retrait pour être au calme.

Volle Punkte für eine sehr angenehme Aufenthalt in allen Hinsichten. Danke!
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns rundum überzeugt. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Gebäude selbst, das stilvolle Ambiente der Lobby sowie unser Zimmer mit Bad, Aussicht und der tadellosen Sauberkeit haben einen ausgezeichneten Eindruck hinterlassen.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den außergewöhnlich guten Service. Sowohl das Valet Parking als auch das gesamte Personal waren jederzeit freundlich, professionell und aufmerksam.
Den Pub des Hotels kannten wir bereits von früheren Besuchen und wurden auch dieses Mal nicht enttäuscht. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und die Speisekarte bietet eine gute Auswahl, einschließlich abwechslungsreicher vegetarischer Gerichte.
Restaurant und Frühstück haben wir dieses Mal nicht gebucht und können diese daher nicht bewerten. Vom äußeren Eindruck wirkten jedoch auch diese Bereiche sehr hochwertig und einladend.

Cons:

Im Grunde gab es nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden. Es gibt lediglich einige kleinere Anmerkungen:
Die Badezimmertür war nicht ganz sauber justiert und klemmte beim Öffnen und Schließen etwas. Nachdem wir dies gemeldet hatten, kümmerte sich das Personal umgehend darum und behob das Problem schnell und unkompliziert.
Beim Duschen kann Wasser durch den Spalt an der Glastür nach außen gelangen, wenn der Duschkopf auf die Tür gerichtet ist. Aus unserer Sicht wäre eine vollständig abgedichtete Duschtür praktischer, damit kein Wasser auf den Badezimmerboden gelangt.
Das Hotel liegt mitten im Ausgehviertel mit zahlreichen Bars und Nightclubs in unmittelbarer Nähe. An einem Samstagabend fand im Garten des Hotels gegenüber eine Hochzeitsfeier mit lauter Musik bis spät in die Nacht statt. Anschließend war noch Musik aus einem der umliegenden Nightclubs zu hören. Die Fenster sind zwar gut schallisoliert, können bei sehr hoher Lautstärke jedoch verständlicherweise nicht sämtliche Geräusche vollständig abschirmen. Wer einen besonders leichten Schlaf hat, sollte die lebhafte Umgebung bei der Buchung berücksichtigen. Gute Silikon Ohrstöpsel helfen da auch weiter :-)
