Il primo giorno, dopo il check-in, siamo saliti in camera a cambiarci e siamo usciti a visitare la zona. Durante la nostra assenza il personale è entrato in camera per lasciarci un messaggio di benvenuto. Al rientro abbiamo trovato il biglietto, ma la nostra scatola portagioielli era sparita.
Il contenuto era per lo più composto da regali ricevuti nel tempo, quindi alto valore affettivo ed economico.
Altrettanto grave è stata la gestione: ci dicevano spesso “le faremo sapere”, ci hanno dato false informazioni circa la presentazione della denuncia e aspettavano solo la fine del nostro soggiorno per liquidarci. Prima di partire ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero contattati se l’avessero ritrovata ma premetto che non si sono interessati neanche sull’aspetto della scatola o di cosa dovevano ritrovare, piu volte ci hanno detto che il direttore sarebbe arrivato lunedì ma poi lunedì ci hanno detto che non c’è e che non potevano fare nulla. Soggiorno rovinato e tempo perso inutilmente senza una reale empatia verso l’accaduto. Sconsigliamo di lasciare oggetti di qualsiasi valore in camera ma anche di soggiornare. La titolatura “adults only” è misleading nel senso che la fascia di etá è superiore ai 60.

Teneriffa ist eine Reise wert, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Personal stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Gute zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Für den Tresor muss zusätzlich eine Miete pro Tag bezahlt werden. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte der Tresor im Zimmerpreis enthalten sein.

Im Innern schön gestaltetes Hotel inkl. Aussen-/Poolanlage; direkt an der Strandpromenade, aber nicht mitten zwischen den Restaurants gelegen; im Zimmer fehlt es an nichts (Kosmetik, Bademantel/-schuhe, Pooltuch, Kühlschrank/Safe, mehrere Kissen zur Auswahl); auch mittags noch Plätze am Pool erhältlich (Anfang September), welcher zudem erst nach der Reinigung ab 08:30 betreten werden durfte; grosses Frühstücksbuffet inkl. mehreren Köchen für Pancakes/Toast; saubere Zimmer und Anlage generell

Jeden Abend nach dem Abendessen-Buffet bis ca. 23:00 Uhr Live-Musik im hauseigenen Restaurant und meistens "alte" Musik (z.B. ABBA und andere Musik, welche eher meine Grosseltern hören würden) => Geschmackssache
