Decor is a bit quirky and getting dated.. peeling paint in the shower area. We had a big outside area, but furnishings outside were dirty and basic.

Air con was right by the window, and the curtain hung in front of it, so the cool air got trapped between the window and curtain.

Die Lage, es ist nicht weit vom Zentrum und vom Park entfernt.

Cons:

Das Hotel entspricht nicht annähernd der Darstellung im Internet und definitiv keinem 4*Hotel. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und man hat so bisschen den Eindruck man befindet sich in einem Antiquitätengeschäft. Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt und absolut ungemütlich. Die große Terrasse konnte nicht genutzt werden, da sie voller Taubenkot war und von oben immer mehr nachkam. Die Zimmertür konnte nicht vernünftig abgeschlossen werden. Die Dusche absolut unhygienisch. Die auf der Internetseite versprochene tägliche Flasche Wasser gab es nicht, nur bei Ankunft gab es eine Flasche. Der Spabereich wirkte ebenfalls ungepflegt, der kleine Pool war ein Badeplatz für Vögel. Das Frühstück
war sehr überschaubar in einem nicht wirklich schönen Nebenraum. Tische mussten zum Teil selber abgeräumt werden, eingedeckt war sowieso nie. Frühstück sollte es ab 7:00 Uhr geben aber das war auch nicht der Fall. Wir haben uns auf die Darstellung im Internet verlassen und wurden maßlos enttäuscht. Für nen kurzen Stopp mag das Hotel ausreichend sein aber für mehr als zwei Tage würden wir es niemandem empfehlen. Das einzig positive waren die freundlichen Mitarbeiter aber das war’s auch schon. Für uns war es kein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Osoblje je prva liga. Svi su jako ljubazni I govore preko 4 strana jezika. Čisto je. Posteljinu i peškire menjaju svaki dan. Lokacija je fenomenalna I auto vam je maksimalno siguran. Vole srbe😉. Blizu je Firenca i Piza. Ko želi u obilazak u Firencu nikako kolima.... Sve preporuke

A peaceful oasis and close to the amenities we wanted.
Pros:

The room was excellent - spacious, useful balcony and a well equipped bathroom. The bed was especially comfortable.
The breakfast were exceptional, with so much choice. We dined in the restaurant one evening; it was very nice.

Cons:

Perhaps more comfortable balcony furniture but what there was was certainly not a deal breaker.Otherwise everything was fine.
