Pros:

Очень хорошее расположение, есть своя парковка, за собаку не потребовалась оплата. Термы находятся близко. Отличный завтрак.
Матрас на любителя. Мне понравилось, так как я люблю матрасы на пружинах, мужу-нет.

Cons:

Техническое состояние и сервис не соответствуют 4 звездам. Персонал на ресепшене (вечером) неприветлив, что недопустимо для такого класса. В номере отсутствовали базовые для четверки вещи, такие как тапочки, халат, лосьон, даже пилочка для ногтей. Сантехника старая. Дверь в туалете скрипела настолько, что мешала отдыхать.

Гостиница находится в верхней части города, поэтому воздух здесь чище. К тому же, недалеко находится павильон минеральной воды Тетуччио и нам было удобно ходить туда

Estancia Montecatini agradable y cómoda
Pros:

Hotel precioso en Montecatini, con habitaciones amplias y luminosas. Buen desayuno con excelente café italiano y variedad. Ubicación ideal, cerca de las termas y del centro, con parking cercano. Trato muy amable y cariñosa acogida a nuestro caniche. Repetiremos.

L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel était vraiment top

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas propre des traces d’humidité sur le mur de la douche pouvait largement être nettoyé…
Pas de volet donc le matin la lumière du jour nous a réveillé pour un jour off pour se reposer c’est loupé !
Aucune isolation phonique nous entendions les voitures et les voisins comme si nous étions au même endroit ..
Au prix de la nuit je m’attendais à mieux .. dommage car le personnel est vraiment top ainsi que le petit déjeuner qui nous a plus que ravi.
