Very good and lovely surroundings. Breakfast lovely and staff always eager to please.
Large room, with great bathroom.
Miles from anywhere. We thought we were staying in Manor House. Rooms separate out the back. Hotel Entrance hard to find. Poor signage. Staff average.
Falsely advertised
Very nice hotel with good facilities for children
La atención por parte de la recepcionista fue excelente. Las instalaciones de la piscina son un plus.
La imagen del edificio no sé corresponde con donde te alojas, da lugar a confusion
Great location, was good value for the money, would stay here again
Spa invited children into the pool was not the chilled relaxed adult vibe we was hoping for. Maybe have dedicated hours for children or let guests know at the spa reception and then we could of made a decision of whether to proceed with using the spa
Bedroom was clean where we stayed but we had to drive to the family's room in converted stables. The room upstairs in this self contained unit was extremely hot even though the hotel provided fans. Toilet also smelt of sewerage.
We picked the hotel because it had a swimming pool. It was never mentioned in the description of the hotel that you needed to pay £12 per person per session and children's swimming time was from 5 pm until 7 pm just when the family arrived on one of the hottest days.
Lovely location
No electricity when we arrived, so was told we couldn’t get into our room, as they couldn’t tell us the code and the code from booking.com didn’t work. Eventually got in but still no electricity until we got back at 10:30 pm
The hotel and grounds are stunning the staff helpful and friendley i will visit again so peacful and relaxing
Nothing all was very good

Great location, nice room.
Breakfast wasn’t good
The manager was very helpful, and all staff on reception.
Absolute beautiful staff was nice & helpful room was clean, spa facilities was the highlight, drinks and food abit pricey but apart from that highly recommend thank you
Bar and food prices bit to pricey
The property itself looked amazing and had great facilities like the pool and the grounds around the place were beautiful. Lots of wild rabbit running around which my daughter loved.
The food if i'm honest was not that great, but enough to fill the gap which is all we were after at that point. Next time i think we'd eat out.
The reception lady Ash was lovely very helpful and accommodating, made us very welcome and was a pleasant experience
No fridge in room
The gardens.
The fact that it was advertised as a stay in the hotel but instead got a room in more like a motel. Not a 4* hotel at all, quite misleading. It was dated, the carpets were dirty, not very clean in the restaurant or at the bar.
Pleasant grounds. Nice restaurant. Friendly staff
Breakfast items could be upgraded- sausages were low quality. Pity the leisure access is an additional fee - I booked assuming it was in with the price
Location, private grounds
Long way from reception and room up several flights of steep stairs. There was a party at the hotel so we had to use an emergency exit to enter
