Nice time had.
Pros:

Stunning building and grounds. Room was lovely.

Cons:

Limited expensive food and drinks. The drinks are ridiculous and some of the pricing didn’t make sense. Crack in shower tray. Room magnificent but a little dirty.

Served it’s purpose but very disappointing that it costs £12 to just use the pool for an hour
Pros:

Great location and amenities

Cons:

Sink was slow to empty. Telephone number on Booking.com is incorrect. Not clear that the pool is at an extra cost.

A very underwhelming hotel where you don’t get what you pay for.
Pros:

Convenient location. Didn’t get a chance to use the spa facilities so not sure what they are like. Room was nice and clean.

Cons:

With such a nice looking building I expected a little more for my money from the room. Beds were not comfortable, room was very plain and underwhelming a premiere inn has more to offer when it comes to room decor and bed quality. The bar prices for 2 drinks were really expensive also a pint of Guinness and a large white wine was nearly £22!

Pros:

The location and the grounds. The pool even if £12 supplement. The reception checkin staff were friendly.

Cons:

Dinner set menu was very limited choice. The male waiter and bar staff acted like they didn't want to be there. Breakfast buffet was very cheap quality and limited.

Wouldn’t come again, a shame as there’s such potential but super old & run down with awful amenities!
Pros:

Location is beautiful (not really anything to do with the property though)

Cons:

Contact prior to visiting was impossible, I tried via telephone & booking.com and no response. Facilities are very run down, old TV with no regular channels or smart function, says kitchen facilities but don’t even give you a tea towel just some old mismatch cutlery! No real check in so very confusing to find location of stay or who to contact if needed, or check out info!

Lovely place, spa not free
Pros:

Gorgeous building and grounds in the countryside and very easy to visit Stratford upon Avon and Leamington Spa.

Cons:

Just one glaring thing. Access to the Spa is not included and this information is purposefully omitted from the hotel information. They even have outdated FAQs that say it’s included and you have to search reviews to find out. £12 extra each per day….

Beautifully location, tired rooms, poor customer service, Conference centre not a hotel spa.
Pros:

Location to be able to walk around the grounds of the Hall. With a Pet we had a ground floor room with access straight on to grass area which was handy for our dog.

Cons:

The patio doors to our room were in poor condition and hard to open and close shut. We had to wait with others at reception for 15 minutes before being greeted. We booked an evening meal time (with a dog so was sat in the bar). Our table was not laid, we had to chase for service to get a drink and menus and to take our order. We ordered from the menu, our meals took 45 minutes to arrive. I ordered the steak ad Ale Pie with chunky chips. I was served two small chicken and mushroom pies with fries. I called over the waiter to state this is not what I ordered. I was then told they don't have steak and ale pie or chunky chips and would I like fish and chips instead. I said I no, will stick with the chicken and mushroom pie but should not be charged otherwise i would be then waiting again and eating separately to my family. The response was incredible - "If I eat it I pay for It!" The waiter was very argumentative. It took another waiter to come over to see reason and see the guest is not a fault and right. The meal was taken from the bill eventually and due to the poor service I had to ask again for the service charge to also be removed. I did though personally tip the waiter who eventually assisted me. The level of service and come backs put a complete downer on the rest of the stay. Especially considering it cost nearly £500 for two rooms for a one night stay room only!
