Sneaky, money grabbing, extautionate prices
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Very sneaky way of making money, they dont advertise on booking.com that its £20 per night for pets. They just hit you with that bombshell when you arrive. Very dissapointing.

Restaurant is extremely over priced. Will not be staying here again.

Pros:

Amazing location, friendly staff

Cons:

Very disappointed with the beds, was told its a massive " queen size" bed but really it were two divan single beds pushed together and they kept sliding apart so I nearly fell down at some point. My friend came from Holland so he stayed but I went to sleep to my home in Warwick because of that

Pros:

Pros:

Lovely location

Cons:

Beds very uncomfortable, too singles with a big zip down the middle and old lumpy mattress, cheapest loo roll, broken toilet seat and a dripping bathroom tap kept us awake

Pros:

Breakfast when it came out people were complaining that it was cold and it was so they took it away took a long time to come back out

Cons:

The fact that the price had gone up they took the water out of the room and the biscuits and they could do with upgrading their pillows. They are not very comfortable

Good value for money but poor management.
Pros:

It was good value for money, and the location is in a really nice area.

Cons:

Gives the illusion of a really nice countryside hotel, however found the staff to be quite rude, poor management and charging for the use of the Gym and Spa when already booking a room is just a money grab.

Pros:

Nice location

Cons:

Unfriendly staff, i especially don’t like the impersonal check in. The bed wasn’t comfortable and we also had a room that was sub standard and not at all what the photos suggest. I would avoid and we won’t be returning
