Poor
Pros:

Nice location

Cons:

Unfriendly staff, i especially don’t like the impersonal check in. The bed wasn’t comfortable and we also had a room that was sub standard and not at all what the photos suggest. I would avoid and we won’t be returning

Really good value for an excellent stay.
Pros:

Nice location

Cons:

Expectation to pay extra for swim on both the evening and the morning. This would be an additional £24 for 2 short swims. Reception sorted it out for me, which was excellent customer service.

Pros:

Nada

Cons:

Me mintieron diciendo que no había calefacción en el Hall y me cambiaban al otro hotel pero que la categoría de la habitación sería la misma. El Hall está en realidad cerrado pk lo están restaurando y me dieron una habitación inferior a lo ke pague

Gift shop with necessities
Pros:

The shop at Walton Hall Hotel & Spa by Sunday sold diapers, wipes, and medicine. Lifesaver when we ran out of essentials without having to leave property with tired kids.

A break from reality
Pros:

This was a treat for my 30th birthday and what a treat it was. The staff were lovely, rooms were modern, warm and comfy and the spa facilities were perfect. Also had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, and both were lovely.

Cons:

Nothing, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Bad experince due to false advertising of the building food. Not safe to eat
Pros:

The experince wasnt the greatest i have experinced.

Cons:

We was misold the building we was staying in.

Room and building are more like a travel lodge.

Breakfast was lovely..

However evening meal was disgusting i cut my burger it was cold and pink inside.

Complaints made however there wasnt much of a care.

We booked room on the friday with booking.com
As a buget.

Room on the saturday and dinner package via wowcher. We was given same standard of room as the cheap friday rate..

Not good at all..
