Wir hatten ein Deluxezimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten gebucht und haben ein Barrierefreies Zimmer mit deutlich weniger Komfort bekommen.

After the most difficult adventure trying to find the Marriott, we had a good overnight stay!!

YOU NEED TO INCREASE THE SIGNAGE! WE LEFT OUR RENTAL CAR AT THE TERMINAL 1 EUROPCAR DROP-OF AND THEN LOOKED FOR SOMETHING TO TELL US HOW TO GET TO THE MARRIOTT - NO SIGNAGE!!! WE TOOK THE ELEVATOR UP TO THE HIGEST FLOOR FROM THE GARAGE AND ENTERED THE LONGEST CORRIDOR WE HAVE EVER SEEN, AND GUESS WHAT -- NO SIGNAGE THAT POINTED US TO THE HOTEL!!!!

WE FINALLY FOUND AN ACLOVE WITH RENTAL CAR PERSONNEL WHO DIRECTED US TO ANOTHER ELEVATOR BANK (NO HOTEL SIGNAGE THERE BUT WE BELIEVED THE RENTAL CAR PEOPLE) SO WE TOOK IT UP AND FINALLY SAW A SIGN HOR THE HOTEL (IT HAD THE MARRIOTT SECOND TO THE COMPANY HOTEL YOU OWNED)!!

THIS JOURNEY TOOK US UP, DOWN WHAT FELT LIKE A MILLION MILES DOWN A CORRIDOR AND THEN WITH A LEAP OF FAITH BASED ON A RENTAL CAR PERSON'S DIRECTIONS TO THE HOTEL!!! MARRIOTT NEEDS TO SPEND THE MONEY, AND SECUIRE SIGNAGE AT LEAST FROM THE RENTAL CAR DROP-OFF GARAGE IN A NUMBER OF PLACE ALLOWING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO EASILY FIND THEIR WAY TO YOUR HOTEL!!!!!!!

Frankfurt havalimanından uçuş yapacak olanlar için lokasyon çok iyi, yalnızca 2-3 dakikada T1 gidiş terminaline ulaşım mümkün.

Cons:

Resepsiyondaki personelin yeterince ilgili ve açıklayıcı olduğunu söyleyemem. 25 Mayıs günü otele varışta Ücreti peşin ödemememize rağmen anlamsızca bizden sonradan geri iade yapılacak şekilde kredi kartından 50 Euro istendi ve İspanyol aksamlı Almanca konuşmaya çalışan kadını pek anlayamadık!!! Kadın bize kredi kartından çekilen paranın check out yaparken tekrar hesaba gönderileceğini söylemişti. Fakat sabah otelden çıkış yaparken tekrardan başka bir erkek resepsiyon görevlisine sorduğumuz zaman bu iadenin 7 güne kadar yapılacağını söyledi. Açıkçası bu dalga geçer gibi bir konuşma ve hiç hoşuma gitmedi.böyle büyük bir hotel zinciri neden buna ihtiyaç duyar ki? Ve halen bugün itibarıyla kredi kartımdan çekilen ücret hesabıma geri gönderilmedi!!! Bu durumdan en az otel kadar booking.com ‘ da sorumludur. Biz sizlere güvenerek bu rezervasyonuları yapıyoruz.. sizden de bir açıklama istemek hakkım!!
