The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable when I realized I had made an error in booking and booked us for an extra night immediately for the same room and even gave us an upgrade
The room was roomy with low big windows
The location is very central but a double edged sword

Left us chocolates everyday
Our room was directly across a nightclub which had noise till 5 a.m.
It was unfortunate as the view would be a long line of club goers and noise when we wanted some fresh air
But I would not book this hotel again just because the location is too central and too noisy/ touristy and maybe something a bit calmer and prettier neighbourhood but that is my personal reference

Location was good; room - reasonable size; breakfast - ok, nothing special, in accordance with 4* hotel.
Very noisy! Night club nearby - noise from early night, till 7am non-stop. Beware if you like your sleep.

Staff did not assist with luggage at arrival or departure
central location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
Maybe a room on a higher floor would have been preferable but having said that, the room was extremely sound proof double doors to enter and we were not disturbed by the traffic noise outside.
