Comfortable beds, quiet room, excellent shower, good location, good breakfast

Cons:

Overall we were very happy with the hotel. Front desk and cleaning staff were excellent. However, we had a problem with a trainee in the bar area. We were given vouchers for a cocktail in the lounge. We were waited on a trainee who was managing the bar alone and was struggling to serve us a glass of wine. This individual was clearly quite ill and was coughing and sneezing constantly. In my opinion he should not have been serving given his condition and should not have been left alone to manage a complicated station.

Pros:

The hotel was perfect for our three night stay with an excellent central location. The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable with everything we needed. The hotel kindly upgraded our room for free to a street view also.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy from inside the room and although the breakfast was excellent, we felt it was very expensive.

Fantástica ubicación, trato y servicios
Pros:

La ubicación es extraordinaria, tanto para visitar el centro como para acceder al transporte para ir a la Alhambra, como para ir al Palacio de Congresos a algún evento. El desayuno es excepcional en calidad, variedad y atención del personal. De hecho, todo el personal es de trato exquisito. Y la habitación Premium muy amplia y silenciosa, tal y como solicitamos, con una cama comodísima, una ducha fantástica y un amplio surtido de opciones para la cafetera y las infusiones.

Cons:

Por poner un pero, es de ese estilo moderno que no incluye cajones, ni en las mesillas, ni en ningún mueble de la habitación ni en el baño, siendo pocos los del armario. Pero es un estilo muy extendido que, simplemente, a nosotros nos gusta menos.
