房间设施一般，餐食超出预期！勉强达到推荐评分！
Pros:

早餐非常好，超出预期！泳池很干净！按照我们预先的要求提供了额外的儿童床！服务很好！

Cons:

房间略显陈旧，隔音非常差，隔壁说话声听的一清二楚！虽然名称为海滩酒店，但是需要从酒店出来回到主街再折回到一条小路才能到达，约3分钟！这一点体验不好！

Die Aussicht vom Balkon, die Nähe zum Meer, das freundliche Personal, erwähnenswert insbesondere das zuvorkommende Personal im Restaurant, die wechselnden, leckeren Buffets im Restaurant, der Stil des renovierten Hotels.
Wir hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade.

Cons:

Der hoteleigene Strand liegt in den hinteren Reihen praktisch ohne Meerblick, am öffentlichen Strand, der etwas näher am Hotel liegt und nur 2 oder 3 Euro pro Liege kostet, ist es schöner.

-Breakfast was exactly the same every morning.
-The room could be a bit cozier – it feels somewhat empty.
-950€ for 5 nights at the end of the season is a bit pricey.

Hotel sa dobrom lokacijom i uslužnim osobljem
Pros:

Hotel je sasvim korektan. Kao hotel koji ima 4 zvezdice, veoma se vodi racuna o cistoci. Osoblje je generalno jako ljubazno. Uvek ce vas na ulazu u hotel neko docekati. Sobe se čiste svakodnevno. Što se hrane tiče hrane bila je raznovrsna i za doručak i za večeru. Ko bira baš Aya Napu sa decom, dobar izbor zbog blizine svega.

Cons:

Ne dopada mi se što nema izlaz na plažu, ali to nema nijedan hotel u Aya Napi, u gradu. Jedina manja zamerka jeste na hranu koja je mozda za naš ukus bila malo više začinjena.
