לקחנו 2 חדרים מסוג Luxery. חדרים חדשים. יחסית מרווחים. מיטה נוחה. בריכה חביבה ודיי קטנה אבל עושה את העבודה. לא השתמשנו בבריכה המקורה או בחדר הכושר אבל הם נראים טוב, מתוחזקים. הספא חביב ובמחיר סביר לאחר הנחת המלון. המיקום טוב, קרוב לרחוב המרכזי. יש גם חוף קרוב אבל אנחנו פחות אהבנו. יותר מתחברים לניסי ביץ' שהוא יותר רחב נגיש ונוח בוודאי עם ילדים ונמצא במרחק של כמה דקות נסיעה. סה"כ מלון טוב.

Cons:

פקידות הקבלה בצ'ק אין היו איומות. לא נחמדות בכלל ובמקום לנסות למצוא פתרון רק חיפשו תירוצים. בקשנו בהזמנה ששני החדרים יהיו צמודים או עם דלת מקשרת כי הגענו עם שני ילדים. לא ענו לנו. בקשנו שוב. לא ענו. הגענו למלון וכמובן שנתנו לנו חדרים רחוקים בשני קצוות הקומה. כשציינתי שפעמיים שלחנו בקשה ולא קבלתי תשובה התגובה הייתה שאתה יכול לבטל את ההזמנה (לא ריאלי מבחינת זמן וזמינות וגם הגענו עם חברים שכבר עשו צ'ק אין) במקום לנסות לסייע. בקשנו שיבדקו לפחות ללילה השני אם יש אפשרות להצמיד החדרים וכמובן שלא בדקו ולא עדכנו אותנו. גם החברים שאיתנו סימנו בעת ההזמנה תוספת מיטה (הייתה אופציה בחינם) אבל הם דרשו תשלום נוסף מעבר להזמנה.
ציינו גם בהזמנה שיש לשלושה מאתנו יום הולדת והם השיבו שידאגו לעוגה בחדר כצ'ופר נחמד. הערכנו מאוד את המחווה, אבל בפועל כמובן שלא היה כלום בחדר. זו הייתה קבלת הפנים שלנו שקצת העיבה על השהייה. האוכל סביר. לקחנו חצי פנסיון והוא קצת משעמם וחוזר על עצמו אם שוהים יותר מיומיים.
