Pros:

Отель находится возле набережной. Номер был большой и чистый. Завтрак -вкусный и сытный .
Есть на крыше бар с террасой и не большой бассейн , сауна походу была на ремонте. Ещё для любителей сорта есть не большой спортзал возле бассейна. Это отель стоит внимание за адекватный деньги.

Бывает слышно соседей .

Finom az étel és bőséges. Kedves a kiszolgálás. Közel van a part. boltok.
Jó volt a közeli Olaf Palme parkolóban leparkolni egy hétre a bérelt autóval.

Para ir a dormir suficiente
Pros:

La limpieza en general.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están bastante viejas (humedades en el techo, rodapié podrido por la humedad…) aunque la cama era muy cómoda. En los desayunos y cenas te quitan muy rápido el plato y a veces sin ni siquiera haber terminado. Y poca variedad en las cenas.

Greit nok, men badet trakk totalinntrykket ned.
Cons:

Rommet var trangt, ingen vannkoker, dårlige kontakter for lading, svært primitiv skyvedør til badet, elendig dusjhode, dårlig avrenning fra dusjen med vann utover badegulvet som ble svært svært glatt!!!

Great customer experience at the Bull Astoria in Las Palmas
Pros:

Wonderful and honest three star hotel with the most hard working and caring staff (Sergio, Kevin and Elvis thank you and the rest of the team too for looking after us so well). Facilities include a roof top pool and gym with a great (and great value) bar. Breakfasts beautifully prepared and much better than you find in much more expensive hotels. Close to the beach and a range of restaurants, bars, shops and other facilities nearby. A great customer experience all round thank you!

Super stay in a traditional hotel
Pros:

We had a really wonderful stay in this hotel. We really enjoyed having such a large and clean room. The swimming pool is lovely and warm and the gym is well equipped. There were no sunbed wars - although we didn’t have the best weather! We thought the breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice and we especially liked the beautiful fresh fruit provided - much nicer than tinned fruit you often get in hotels. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful - especially Sergio on reception and Kevin and Elvis working in the bar - I should mention how reasonable the prices are in the hotel for drinks and snacks.
We booked an excursion through Sergio which was excellent- a day trip to the mountains which included a really good lunch. Jet 2 didn’t offer a lot of excursions in the area as I think a large part of their business is in the south of the island. Our rep however was excellent and had great local knowledge.
Las Palmas is a really interesting place for a city break with the bonus of a beach. Our weather wasn’t good enough for beach days so we had the opportunity to explore this city and found some lovely places to eat and drink. The old town is beautiful.
The hotel is really well located for the sea front and there are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Reading unhappy comments in other reviews - don’t expect a British focussed resort like Playa des Ingels or Puerto del Carmen. This is a working Spanish city with a big population rather than a resort - perfect for us but might not suit others.
Others have mentioned the hotel could do with modernization - especially the rooms and yes the decor is dated. We did miss having a fridge and we took our own kettle for our morning cuppa. The shower pressure was excellent and there was always hot water. This is a “proper”
Traditional hotel and what you get in professional staff and a strong customer focus more than makes up for old fashioned decor. We would most definitely return.

Trevlig personal. Nästa gång undvika rum på 5:e våningen bredvid baren
Pros:

Baren på 5:e våningen med poolområde var väldigt trevlig (förutom att vi bodde granne med baren, se nästa svar)

Cons:

Vårt rum låg granne med baren vilket innebar mycket stök. Som väl var stängde de vid midnatt men eftersom hissen låg precis utanför rummet var det mycket högljutt när folk skulle ta sig därifrån.

Gammelt, slidt og outdated hotel der trænger til en gevaldig renovering
Cons:

Gammelt og slidt hotel, som virkelig trænger til en overhaling af en renovering. Mørkt og tungt hotel med gamle gulvtæpper, brune gardiner.
Totalt outdated og kommer aldrig igen.
