Pros:

El buffet está muy bien, todo muy limpio, los colchones de primera. Por el contrario, el picaporte de la puerta del baño suelto, así como deterioro, el mismo presente en todo el mobiliario de la habitación.

Poca variedad del buffet.
Demasiado ruido, se escuchaba todo por los pasillos, además de la gente dando portazos y gritando a altas horas de la noche. Incluyendo además varios equipos de vóley que su presencia se percibía desde lejos.
Necesita una reforma para hacerlo más moderno, está ya muy anticuado.
La zona del comedor es pequeña y como llegues a hora punta, casi no tienes hueco.
La comida absolutamente decepcionante, no solo por poca variedad, si no por apenas haber comida para cenar.
Para el precio que tiene no es la calidad esperada.

El no avisar que está en obra, no había sauna y hay personal de camarero que no trata bien a los clientes, no pq vayan grupos, se les debe reservar zonas exclusivas para ellos y dejar al resto de clientes sin sitio

Todo era maravilloso que relax de habitación el que tenga gym también es genial ,ya había estado y me encantaría repetir una vez al mes que maravilla estar relajada

La cena tenía poca variedad y yo no podía comer de todo lo que había por alergias mias,pero decir que la comida estaba buenisima

Pros:

First impressions were great. Lovely big reception area with excellent front line staff (especially VICTOR) with a great command of the english language.

Dining room nice and clean. Food was good.

Excellent free WiFi.

Bedroom was cleaned each day and was very nice and comfortable. HOWEVER I would have liked a small fridge for my medications which needed to be kept cold. I used the coolest area of the floor in the bathroom for this purpose.

It was good to have the use of the safe although it was very old fashioned with a key. which I had to carry around all the time.

I didn't get to use the outdoor pool or the area as there was no lift but a lot of steep steps to the top level 5.

There is a lovely bar on Level 5 and I must compliment DAVID a very nice young man.

Der Standort des Hotels war ok.
Für uns war es nur ein Ersatz Hotel, da ein anderer Owner unsere Buchung kurzfristig storniert hat

Cons:

Die normalen Zimmer sind wahrscheinlich OK

Leider bekamen wir ein Zimmer, wo das Fensterglas mit einer undurchsichtigen Folie beklebt war.
Der Grund war, wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hat, war der Blick in einen kleinen Lichthof.

Wir waren enttäuscht und zu sprachlos, um uns für unsere 3 Nächte zu beschweren.
