Piacevole sorpresa
Pros:

Piccolo hotel in posizione strategica poiché vicino a tutti i principali punti turistici della città. Il personale è molto attentissimo nel soddisfare le richieste. Colazione abbondante e varia in orari comodi (dalle 7:00 alle 11:00) e caffè disponibile fino alle 13:00.
Anche il check out è tranquillo (fino alle ore 12:00) quindi non bisogna scapicollarsi a fare le valigie.

Bella struttura in centro, ma con attenzione sul cliente da rivedere!

Siamo arrivati alle 13.45 e la stanza non era pronta. Ok il check-in previsto per le 14,00, messaggio di stanza pronta 14.30!
I nostri amici hanno trovato le bottiglie di benvenuto fresche: noi no.
Quando uno prenota una struttura, prenota anche per i servizi che desidera. Ora che sia un albergo "friendly" e cerchino con frasi finte ecologistiche a non cambiare le lenzuola o gli asciugamani puo' non essere gradito. Scrivimi, come fanno alcune strutture, che mi sconti dalla tariffa un tot (che ho pagato) se ti faccio risparmiare. Se voglio risparmiare non avrei cercato un livello inferiore?? Boh.
Gli accessori/gadget che solitamente che sono in bagno li devi richiedere alla reception. Ok passi ago e filo, la cuffia, il lucidascarpe, ma un paio di ciabatte e i fazzoletti li vuoi mettere? No devi scendere in mutande ed andare in receptiorn. Ah già siamo "friendly".
Cercano di risparmiare sulle piccolezze, poi ritorni in stanza e ti trovi con cdz andato tutto il giorno impostato a 15°C e luci accese (tutti i giorni nonostante spegnessimo tutto).
Dal rubinetto del lavandino non è stato possibile avere acqua fredda: segnalato dal primo giorno, problema non risolto. E proporre un cambio camera? No, siamo un albergo "friendly".
In ultimo il bagno: una parete in vetro opaco per cui vedi l'attore in tutto e per tutto (immaginando) e solita porta vetri da cui trafila qualsiasi profumo e odore. Ma possiamo ri-avere i classici bagni con una porta decente?? Se voglio "particolarità" non vado certo in un posto così!!! Dispiace, poca attenzione ai particolari del cliente!!!
Scusate, ma la tv ad altezza tavolo per mettere un pannello brutto ed insignificante??
Già in Spagna il caffè fa schifo, ma 2 bustine in camera con il bollitore le si possono mettere!! Prima volta che ho il bollitore senza il caffè. Vabbè siamo in un albergo "friendly".
