Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff .
Pros:

The location of hotel is excellent within walking distance of all . A five to ten minute walk to the palace and cathedral. A great selection of Bars and Restaurants close by .
Would definitely return to hotel
Super helpful staff particularly Reuben who helped to book taxis for large group when needed 👍

Pros:

Personnel disponible et très agréable. Petit déjeuner excellent avec très large choix. Literie confortable et chambre spacieuse. Excellent emplacement proche centre historique.

Cons:

Chambre donnant sur la rue un peu bruyante.

A wonderful stay in Seville, great location and staff
Pros:

Great location, clean room and hotel, kind and helpful staff

Cons:

Would have liked the air conditioning to be available. Room was a little warm. Sliding bathroom door doesn’t provide the most privacy.

There is no need for a hotel bar as there is lovely authentic 'local bar' across the road.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. They made a point of giving their names.

Enjoyable stay and good location
Pros:

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable and breakfast fine. Location provided easy walk to the fabulous sites of Seville.

Location is great, so is the lobby and most of the rooms.

Cons:

Our double room (207) was unusual: it had bunk beds which made it look cheap, more like a hostel, and it had a low ceiling.

There was no coffee machine in the room, and we were charged for coffee in the common area.

There is no toilet brush, a big problem if you travel as a couple. When telling the reception employee this was not ok, he said I should call for housekeeping after using the toilet. Left me speechless.

I've stayed here before but these were not an issue 2 years ago.

For a 4* hotel they should do better.
