Останавливались на один день -устраивало месторасположение и наличие завтрака -- стандартный номер на двоих --это небольшие номера с очень плохой изоляцией ванной комнаты .. В отеле хороший завтрак и прекрасный персонал

Bardzo podobała mi się lokalizacji, dostępność parkingu przy Hotelu. Obsługa bardzo miła wychodząca na przeciw wymaganiom klientów. Wszędzie blisko do każdej atrakcji w Wilnie. Pokój na taki obiekt duży i dobrze wyposażony.

Cons:

Śniadania powinny być zmieniane codziennie ponieważ przez cały nasz pobyt w 80 procentach były te same potrawy.

My stay at the St Palace Hotel was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had on a solo trip.
Pros:

The location is perfect for being able to explore and experience Vilnius as a whole. The Hotel Staff were extremely helpful & provided assistance when needed.

Just had a great time.
Pros:

Location, comfort, and home away from home coziness. A very affordable price to have a first class hotel. The staff, especially Olivia, are so friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend it and sure to stay there when come to Vilnius again.

Ótima localização no centro histórico com fácil acesso à estação de trem e rodoviária. Quarto e cama confortáveis. Equipe da recepção do hotel gentil e atenciosa. Prédio muito bonito.

Cons:

Café da manhã extremamente fraco e equipe que ali atende muito antipática. Uma funcionária em específico não falava inglês e tive que escrever o número do quarto. Uma outra senhora loira ser recusou a responder uma pergunta que fiz sobre um item do buffet que eu não sabia o que era e não tinha nenhuma placa com identificação dos alimentos. Experiência realmente desagradável no café da manhã.
A válvula de descarga do banheiro era muito ruim de acionar.

Signs of damp in room under window.
Sheet placed straight on mattress topper, no liner.
Light above basin didn't work.
Disappointing breakfast - despite an hour to go much of the food had run out, we had to ask for sugar and plates.

Fint hotell i rolige omgivelser.
Pros:

Topp beliggenhet i rolig gate uten gjennomkjøring, vi fikk et veldig fint rom.
Veldig god frokost men av og til manglet det påfyll iløpet av frokosttiden.

Cons:

Safen på rommet kunne vi ikke bruke. Personalet kunne åpne med hovednøkkel, men fikk ikke til å legge inn kode.
Tilbudet var å legge pass etc inn i safen, så kunne personalet åpne med hovednøkkel før avreise, vi var litt usikre og vi brukte ikke safen.
Heisen var over et døgn ikke i funksjon.
Mine tanker er om personalet hjalp til med bagasje til eldre folk, det var mange krongleter trapper.
Personalet kunne vært mere forekommende.
