Nice Hotel in a quiet area.
Pros:

Nice, quiet location at the top end of the Old Town but with bars and restaurants nearby if one didn't wish to walk the 10 minutes towards the main central area.
Was allocated an upgraded split level Room with terrace with bathrooms on both levels. This was a plus in one way but also features in the "What I didn't like" section.
Finally, as I did not need Room Service during my 2 night stay, it was a nice touch to provide me with a free pot of traditional Honey as a result.

Cons:

As stated above, the split level room had its benefits, however I found the windy staircase a challenge and, as the upper level was in the Eves, I had to be very careful not to bang my head on the sloping walls.

Ett prisvärt hotell med bra läge i gamla stan
Pros:

Det bästa var att vi fick en balkong till rummet. Skön säng och väl fungerande AC. Trevlig bar med stort utbud.

Cons:

Städningen fungerade dåligt. Städerskan kom aldrig tillbaka, då vi bad henne komma tillbaka på fem minuter.

Cons:

Das Hotel war überbucht und konnte uns deshalb nicht aufnehmen. Das Personal war - mit Rücksprache zum Manager - nicht bemüht, eine Alternative zu organisieren. Stattdessen wurde versucht, mich zu überzeugen, dass ich auf eigenes Risiko storniere. Hilfe gab es später nur mit Hilfe des Booking-Supports.

Cons:

The tv was in parallel with the bed which made it hard to watch it. The room space was small, because the bathroom was taking up most of the space. I guess other rooms have a better layout and I was just unlucky. All in all a bit overpriced for what I got.
