Mierpilna atpūta, komforts, laipns un atsaucīgs personāls!

Ļoti patika uzturēšanās šajā viesnīcā! Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta. Lai gan atrodas pašā vecpilsētā, bija ļoti klusa un patīkama atpūta, arī pašā viesnīcā patīkams miers, kas man bija ļoti svarīgi šajā uzturēšanās reizē. Brokastīs mierīga un patīkama atmosfēra. Brokastis ļoti labas, daudzveidīgas. Ļoti patika viesnīcas dizains. Numuriņš tīrs un komfortabls. Esmu ļoti pateicīga viesnīcas administrācijai, ka bija ļoti pretimnākoši, jo kļūdaini tika veikta rezervācija divreiz. Lai gan cena par rezervētu numuru neatmaksājama, tomēr saņēmu bezmaksas atcelšanas iespējas, par ko esmu ļoti pateicīga. Šī noteikti ir viesnīca, kurā es atkal uzturētos, jo saņēmu laipnu, atsaucīgu un saprotošu attieksmi.

Great value for money & an amazing location
Pros:

Great location, kind staff, complementary bottles of water, and a comfortable bed

Atrašanās vieta bija izcila, kā arī istaba bija tīra un kārtīga. Kā arī istaba ar balkonu, kur bija skaists skats uz pilsētu.

Cons:

Brokastis bija vilšanās, jo bija neliela izvēle, ja kaut kas bija beidzies, tad netika papildināts.
Maksas stāvvieta viesnīcas teritorijā - 30 EUR :(

Great hotel right in the middle of old town. Recommend!
Pros:

Great breakfast. Beautiful location right in the old town. Staff friendly and helpful. Great room. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Confusion at check in. Visited 2 rooms that were not ours first. Staff knocking on the door as we're settling in saying they gave the wrong room, twice. Not a negative impact to the trip, just something that happened.

I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

This was my second stay at ST Palace Hotel and once again it was a great experience. The location is extremely convenient, right in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to explore Vilnius. I also really appreciate that the hotel offers parking, which is a big advantage in this area.
My room was very cozy, with a beautiful view of the Old Town, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and high quality, with a good selection to start the day. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive without being intrusive, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location, we had booked two rooms and we were upgraded to balcony rooms which were lovely. The rooms were very clean and had safes, plenty of wardrobe space, there was tea and coffee facilities and a mini bar.

Cons:

The restaurant attached to hotel I found had a limited expense menu. We did pay the 17 euros for breakfast, very limited buffet, orange watered down. Cereals not branded. All in all not for us.
