Everything is very good thank you 😊
The good things about this place are the staffs. They are so attentive. The room we stayed has a lot of space, the hotel is located in the safe area and that's it for the good part of the stay.
The location is like traveling from another province if you want to get to the main attractions in Barcelona. You have to take the bus and the buses were not on time at all. So it took almost 1.5 hours to go to the heart of Barcelona each way and it was a bit tiresome after two days. And cleanliness could have been improved too. The walls were thin you can hear baby crying and people chatting all the time. There's construction going on while we stayed and when we came back to the room early, we were almost deaf from the noise we couldn't hear each other talking.

Staff interactions not always good. We returned to this location because our previous stay was good and we had made a similar booking for one more week. But this time we were given a room with no coffee maker and no adjustments were made to compensate either. It would have been nice to let us know when we made the booking that things would be different than our last booking.

No estoy segura si había alguna obra o reformas porque el ruido era muy molesto y no pudimos descansar como queríamos.
En primer lugar la atención tanto en recepción como en el área de restauración muy amables y serviciales,la comodidad de la habitación,la limpieza,y el silencio descansamos muy bien
La verdad es que aquí no puedo escribir nada porque todo fue perfecto
Estava tot net i el tracte molt bo. Una cosa positiva és que està a 7 min. de l'hospital Sant Joan de Déu.
La nevera petita feia molt de soroll. L'he desconnectat i ja.

雖然離市區有段距離，但是周邊公車很多，相當方便，且一班公車直達機場。
相比市區的飯店，經濟實惠，空間也夠大。
房間只有薄薄的床單，跟櫃檯要被子，她堅持說沒有，衣櫃裡有一件沒有被套的被子，我們也不好意思直接拿來用，隔天再去問另一位，她就請housekeeping 過來，結果就是拿那件被子。一個三星飯店要一件被子都不行也太誇張了。
房間沒有熱水壺，冷氣關掉天花板會滴水，浴缸的水會滲透到地板，冰箱塞滿了付費飲品，自己買的東西沒辦法冰。

Très déçu par la gestion administrative de cet établissement. La taxe de séjour a été gonflée par rapport au prix officiel figurant sur la réservation. Quand j'ai demandé ma facture, l'hôtel a cherché à se dédouaner en me renvoyant vers Booking.com, J'ai fini par l'obtenir après de multiples insistantions, mais ça m’a gâché le séjour.
