Very nice, although the place could be closer to the center
Pros:

The stuff is super friendly, very clean room, has all the necessities (hair dryer, shampoo, soup). I arrived a little before 15:00 and was allowed to do check in a little early. Nearby is bus station

Very far from center, takes about an hour to get to the city and then back

Pros:

La habitación estaba muy bien, como un cuatro estrellas.Al estar en la parte posterior, no se oian ruidos. El desayuno bueno. Limpieza perfecta.

Todo estuvo bien. Quizás, para quien no tenga coche, dependerá del transporte público, pero está cerca de Barcelona .

Pros:

Ambiente molto grande e accogliente. Camere spaziose e pulite, peccato manchi il bollitore, ma molto gradita la presenza di una bottiglia d'acqua come benvenuto. Colazione varia e buona, non eccezionale ma meglio di altri posti.
Posizione discreta, anche se un po' fuori città, Barcellona è facilmente raggiungibile coi mezzi.

Cons:

Sono stata in questo hotel due volte. La prima volta tutto perfetto , nulla da ridire. La seconda volta purtroppo ci sono state delle piccole problematiche. Ho prenotato con booking la camera con la colazione ( gentilmente offerta dal programma Genius), e già al check in ( tra l'altro circa 20 minuti per fare un check in perché c'erano delle difficoltà con le chiavi magnetiche risolte poi per fortuna) il receptionist inizialmente non vedeva che la colazione fosse inclusa. Poi ha controllato meglio e ha confermato che la colazione era inclusa. Il mattino durante la colazione un addetto ci ha chiesto quale fosse la nostra camera e poi è venuto a dirci che non avevamo la colazione inclusa. Noi gli abbiamo detto che era un errore e allora è andato a controllare meglio e ha confermato. Finito lì? Ma va. Il mattino dopo la stessa identica scena con lo stesso addetto , tra l'altro che si è rivolto a noi in modo anche sgarbato e mi ha intimato di rivolgermi alla reception per chiarire. Così ho dovuto lasciare il tavolo mentre mangiavo , col boccone in bocca e andare alla reception per farmi dire, che sì la colazione era inclusa e si erano sbagliati; senza neanche delle scuse. Non mi pare comportamento adeguato per un Sercotel.
Al check out la receptionist si è scusata per l'accaduto ,che è stato veramente un eposodio sgradevole ,ma mi aspettavo qualcosa di più ,come uno sconto o qualcos altro, ma nulla. Non sono sicura che ci tornerò dopo questa esperienza.

Pros:

La habitación normal, en relación calidad-precio

Cons:

El baño no se había limpiado. El WC estaba sucio, alguien lo usó, no tiró el agua, y no se había limpiado. Llame para que lo vinieran a limpiar, pero nadie vino.
El cobertor de la cama tenía un pelo. Entonces tampoco se limpió.
Cuando fue al desayuno al día siguiente, me dijieron que no incluía desayuno, cuando mi reserva si lo incluía.
