The sauna and the hot tub are amazing! There are two hot tubs outside and the pool goes inside to outside, all the pools are heated! So for apres ski, it is the place to be. The locations and landscaping are also great, make you feel like you are in the mountains.
The room was small and really okay. It was clean-ish. There was smutz on the light switch panel as I walked in. The bathroom is outdated and the water pressure was lacking. The toilet you had to flush 3 times for anything to go down. You cannot bring pets or any ski equipment inside so you have to have a car to store them in or pay $25 for a locker (ridiculous). You get one parking spot per condo so carpool. There was only one window in our studio, so it was dark.
Really nice place. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo. Lots of space. Fully stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfy. You wont regret this place
It took me awhile to figure out how to use the streaming apps with the tv remote.
The one bedroom condo was spacious, but dated. The building does not have air conditioning and we were there during a pretty windy, sunny weekend in June, so keep that in mind. The building needs updates - a curtain rod in our room was falling off the wall, the elevator wasn't working for a few hours, the fire alarm was being tested in the middle of the day, and the front door sensor was not working properly. The location is great and a walk around Nottingham park out back was really great. I wouldn't book again unless I really just needed a place to sleep and didn't intend on hanging out in the room for any period of time.
Fantastic stay, location was perfect, room was amazing and very clean.
Despite some hiccups with elevator stay was enjoyable.
Lots of amenities and quiet property. Many things to do close by. Lake and park. Family friendly. Would stay again.
This property is old - outdated. It was fine, but could really use some updating.
The one bedroom condo was surprisingly big. Can sleep 4 comfortably with room to move about. Complete with everything needed for a comfortable stay! We really enjoyed our stay at this property
The doors to the hotel were broken, and you couldn't enter through the front door. You had to walk in the dark around to the back to punch in the key code. Didn't feel very safe. Staff was very nice, though.
club house is great
More coffee in the lobby would be nice
No service at all.
Great stay, good location, friendly staff, and good amenities! I came for a ski trip and could easily take bus to Vail or Beaver Creek. It was great having a kitchenette in the unit and they had share washer/dryer for use as well. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Size and proximity to the gondola
Lobby coffee not adequate and weekend continental breakfast was not well attended by staff
Falcon Point exceeded our expectations in so many ways! The updates in our unit's kitchen and bathroom were beautiful, and we greatly enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The in-room humidifier was a welcome bonus. The proximity to skiing and ease of transportation around town were excellent. Most of all the staff, particularly Rafael at the front desk and Elie and Nate in the office, were very helpful and friendly. Can't wait to return!
We did not get a breakfast
The fold out bed was very old and lumpy. Needed to be replaced. Sunday night there was an extremely loud group from about 10:30pm til 12:30 am. Of course, there is no one on the property to manage it - we did not sleep well that night, the staff was "sorry" for the inconvenience
We stayed 2 nights. It was the first time we stayed at Falcon Point. It was very nice and all the staff worked hard with smiles.
However, when we arrived at 5:00 pm they did not have the reservation that had been placed with Hotels.com 48 hours earlier. The desk attendant stated it would take about 3 hours to prepare our room. She called maintenance and she and the only maintenance person available cleaned our room. It was done perfectly but my wife and I sat in the office until almost 8 pm.
