Amazing family environment
Pros:

The staff members were amazing ,especially in the bar and restaurants. The quality of food was excellent, cocktails in the evening excellent. Very friendly environment. We became like a huge family. Animation was excellent, and problem solving at the reception was excellent. I had only concerns about the indoor pool having a massive amount of chlorine in the water ,jacuzzi didn't work . George,the lifeguard, was very helpful and friendly ,but one of the young boys was just always sitting and chatting on his phone when the indoor pool was full up with people.
.Apart from this I'm absolutely satisfied. Thank you for the team for the hard work and for always smiling .

Cons:

The bounce castle kept collapsing with kids in it.
The housekeepers took the rubbish out only once a week and never cleaned the kitchen. Also entered into the room when my daughter was sleeping there even though I forgot to put the " no" sign on the door once. I think they shouldn't do that while someone is sleeping in the room.

Fedt område med gode pools og grønneområder. Plads til alle aldre

Cons:

Maden var virkelig dårlig. Ikke gode råvarer. Tjenerne var ikke særlig kundevenlige og imødekommende. Man kommer langt med et smil og øjenkontakt.

Pros:

Personalen var fantastiskt, allt gick att ordna. Vänliga, hjälpsamma, snabba.
Trevlig underhållning på kvällen, bra priser i restaurangerna.
Vi fick ett jättetort connetionrum och blev uppgraderade till rum med privat pool. Väldigt snällt.

Cons:

Tyvärr var det en speciell lukt i receptionen av fukt/mögel och att man höll på att höststäda trädgården och även passade på att gödsla rabatterna ordentligt.
Rummen var fina.

Pros:

Ruhige Lage aber man ist dennoch schnell am Strand. Außerdem ist das Zimmer sehr geräumig und die Anlage bietet mit Pools, Restaurants, ein Spa, Gym, Sportanlagen und Parkplätzen auch nahezu alles was man braucht.

Das Sofa war etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr ungemütlich. Dafür war das Bett bequem

Generally brilliant stay with 1 small annoyance.

Perfect for small children.

Cons:

A little disappointed that the hotel doesn't offer its own shuttle bus service.

We booked a taxi through the hotel when leaving & reception advised it would be around 90 euro to the airport. The driver was then quite annoyed because we were a party of 5 & he said it should be 115 euro. We compromised on 105 euro but it was still frustrating to pay 15 euro more than expected.

They changed my room as I completed and was very annoyed about the cats but trust me it’s a 3 star hotel
Pros:

Nothing it’s a 3 star hotel rooms very old fashioned and only had a view of a fence and there was 7-9 cats outside my balcony belonging too the hotel all of a time it was terrible !!!!

Cons:

They charged me £80 taxes on way out could never get parked the shop was 3 times the normal price and you had nothing round you everything closes down at 10 pm /10-30 pm cater for Germans !!!
