Super Hotel wenn man Kinder hat! Ohne Kinder würde ich dort eher nicht fahren da zumindest im Mai 99,9% der Gäste Familien mit vorwiegend 2-3 Kleinkindern waren

Bij aankomst stond er een fles cava en vers fruit klaar voor onze 10e huwelijksverjaardag (en wat ook fijn was een fles water stond in de frigo). We hadden een kamer met jacuzzi gevraagd, maar dat kon niet, bij nazicht van de kamer hadden we toch de kamer met jacuzzi gekregen als verrassing. <3 Dikke dankjewel hiervoor !!!

Het hotel biedt een warme en gastvrije sfeer waar comfort en kwaliteit centraal staan. De kamers zijn modern ingericht, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken die je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen verblijf. Het personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam, altijd bereid om een stapje extra te zetten voor hun gasten.

De ligging van het hotel is ideaal — dichtbij de zee, winkels en gezellige restaurants, maar toch rustig genoeg om heerlijk tot rust te komen eind oktober.

We stayed here the last week of October and had a fantastic holiday. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially Fernando and Christina on reception they will go out of there way to try and accommodate you. We enquired about a room upgrade for the last few nights of our stay and they very kindly offered us a free penthouse upgrade. Which really did make our stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend the penthouse our children loved it as the jacuzzi was alot warmer than the cold pools.
Staff did an incredible job of keeping the rooms and around the hotel clean they work incredibly hard.
Pools were freezing cold but we did use the pool that was heated which made it more bearable and the indoor pool was lovely too.
Brilliant entertainment for children and adults in the evening. Also do a Kahoot quiz.
Can't comment on the food as we were self catering but lots of restaurants outside the hotel and towards the beach also not far from magaluf. It was a perfect location. The beach is beautifully clear with little fish swimming around you.
We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

All staff we encountered were friendly and great with the children. These are the small things that make a difference to your Holiday.

Indoor bar gad a great selection of drinks mocktails,frappe and milkshakes as well as coffees and cocktails 🍸 👌🏾

Self catering worked well for us as you are surrounded by so many eateries your are spoiled for choice . Aldi is also only 7 mins walk away so easy to stock up on breakfast and lunch items.

Overall a lovely holiday to Palmanova we would return

Average hotel.

Hotel rooms are spacious and we had a separate living area and bedroom which is great if you have small goods. The hotel is in a good location as you can easily walk to restaurants and the beach.

The rooms are in need of a refresh as many things are falling apart. Our towel rail outside fell off the wall, our bath towels had holes in them and our kitchen sink leaked. The hotel night entertainment is very loud. We struggled to get our toddler to bed before 10:30 as you could hear the entertainment in our room. We actually moved rooms because of this but it made no difference.

The hotel has a soft play and playground for the kids. The former needs to be cleaned regularly as the floor was quite dirty. The playground needs some fixing as there were some potentially dangerous bits.

Our toddler loved the mini disco and the hotel mascot yzzy. What we didn’t love is that a smelly drain runs the length of the stage and dance floor. This means young kids are directly next to, touching and smelling a drain. Very unhygienic and disgusting. Please move your stage dance floor.

Stayed here early October with my husband, 3 year old and in laws. Hotel itself was clean, and always had cleaners milling around. Hotel room was nice enough although our shower needed re-sealing as it leaked all over the bathroom floor whenever we used it. Floor also felt constantly dirty/sandy even after the cleaners had just been. Our room was also on the side of the construction works, which actually never caused any issues but the biggest problem was the room was opposite another hotel who's horrendously loud music played until half 10 every night.
Husband and FIL said the gym was well equipped.
Food was average at best, not alot of variety throughout the week and I found a lot of it to be luke warm, if not cold. I could maybe understand if we had been later in for lunch/dinner but we were usually there for open. We did order off the lunch menu a few times, just for a change and some actual warm food! But be warned, that anything fish or beef related will be cooked on the raw side! (Which was fine for my husband but no good for a pregnant lady such as myself!)
The drinks selection at the bar is incredible. Plenty for everyone, milkshakes, frappes, mocktails, cocktails.
Most of the staff are incredibly friendly, and love kids. A lifeguard even brought an ice cream over for my 3 year old after seeing him laying on the floor post tantrum 😅
Pools are nice, although cold. Kids pool and the one round the side of the kids pool are slightly heated. Kids pool gets incredibly busy with children and parents, also spotted on several occasion young children not being supervised (appericate thats a parent issue not a hotel one though! One child was sat crying in the pool for a good 10 minutes before the parent showed up!) My son enjoyed the water mat they brought out in the big pool every afternoon. Son also enjoyed the park, especially the trampoline. Although did cut his knee a few times on the rock hard matting that is down in the park.
Husband and FIL enjoyed a few of the activities put on, such as rifle/pistol shooting and archery. My son throughly enjoyed the disco and meeting Yzzy every night.
5 minute walk to the lovely beach and promenade. If you walk all the way along the promenade there are some great parks for kids.
Overall, a mostly enjoyable holiday, just let down massively by the food and the loud music from the hotel opposite. Not sure we'd go back again to be honest, a lot of money for something that seemed just ok.

Just returned from zafiro palma nova. We had the family suite and was upgraded to a private pool room which was brilliant although the pool was freezing! But it was free so couldn't grumble.
Plenty for younger kids to do the pools were great and there was lots of activities going on all the time.
We didnt have food as we were self catering and like to be out and about.
Drinks were reasonably priced and they scan your wristband then you just square up your bill as your departing.
Rooms were large enough with a pull out bed in the living room for my 15 year old son.
Cleaner came everyday with fresh towels and emptied bins.
Try the reflex bar we found this on our last night good food and drinks.

Le lieu est propre, les chambres belles, confortables et spacieuses! La nourriture est variée et surtout de qualité, les cocktails sont bons et il ya du choix, les piscines sont toutes différentes et très agréables.

Entertainment was excellent for our inter generational family

Our stay here was far from enjoyable. The food was practically inedible — as you can see, some dishes came out undercooked and poorly prepared, which completely put us off eating there again. There was also a serious lack of choice, with the same repetitive options every day.

The hotel itself feels dated, especially the reception and outdoor areas, which are badly in need of modernisation and care. It could be a lovely place, but it feels neglected.

On the bright side, the Jacuzzi rooms were great, the drinks were good, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, these positives weren’t enough to make up for the disappointing food and tired facilities. Definitely not worth the money until improvements are made.

Side note, please keep an eye on children around pool areas! My 4 year old who was in the pool with her father almost drowned when a young boy jumped from the inflatable on top of her. Life guards were no where to be seen!!

Cannot speak highly enough of this hotel, wonderful staff in every area. No problems at all with getting sunbeds although it was early October the hotel was relatively busy. Beds left do have a note placed on them with the time great idea. More on the staff team, every single member of staff went above and beyond to help with any questions, great service, rooms and surrounding areas spotless. Huge shoutout to the children’s animation team our granddaughter had the time of her life. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great. Breakfast had a good selection. The pools are fab - brilliant for kids in the inflatable dome and the water slides - and fab for adults in the other pools including the indoor pool! The hotel was clean, great sized room and nice decor. Staff all v friendly.
