Clean room and confortable bed. Great location near Blue Mosk. Hotel not very flexible on making a very small minor change to reservation so make sure all details are ok when you hit the "reserve button". Will organize transfer to the airport.

The view was amazing and it has a good location

The staff are quite friendly and ready to help, however the hotel is very dated in relation to the rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast isn’t even worth paying for as it doesn’t cater for international travellers and their palate. The breakfast is very basic to say the least!
The hotel were very reluctant to accept card payment for the transfer or the tour and after a lot of conversations and some not very easy ones they gave in but charged me more. They didn’t return the 600 liras paid towards breakfast as they were notified after day one that we would not be eating there! Unfortunately will not be staying here again!

Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Not a luxury. But the price tells for it. Good place to sleep after a long day visiting places around. Has air conditioning, clean, clean towels, quiet at night.

The property was pretty good and the service was even better. The hotel staff, especially Rustam, were really helpful in all aspects.

The pictures that are posted aren’t exactly how the rooms are. It was very misleading and I felt like I was cheated into reserving this hotel. Due to an emergency I asked for a refund and the hotel did not refund me my money. It’s really sad to see a business who doesn’t really care about their guests and will cheat their way just to take peoples money. Please dont make the same mistake I made and do your research throughly before booking a hotel.

Don't stay at this hotel. Terrible. Very very dirty. They don't give you the room what you booked. Only the hotel in Istanbul don't stay.

Ya, it’s not a very nice place, it’s very dirty and has a bit of a scary vibe to it! It’s a shame cause it could easily make for a functional hotel if it was cleaner and a bit less scary. Building was in a good location, shower worked great, tv worked.

Staff are nice, but Hotel room is dirty and Hotel Still in Renovation there is lot of noise

I paid for my hotel online using hotels.com

Arrived at hotel and they informed me that they didn't receive my reservation lyet (2 hours later). And made me wait an hour more... After confirming with them that I paid and my receipt they decided to tell me they were full and that they can't help me. I asked for a refund and they refused and told me I should know better and that the booking is non refundable.

So they refused me a room. Took my money. And refused a refund. I was left on the street in Turkey alone first time here and they didn't care at all.

Disgusting customer service.
Theifs.
Crooks and scammers depending on who you are.

Hotels.com refused to refund me aswell
So I had to issue a charge back with MasterCard.

Do not stay here!!!!!!
Also not a safe area for solo traveler
