Please note that Carlton Club Lounge benefits include a complimentary daily buffet breakfast at Plate Restaurant from 6:00 am to 10:30 am, complimentary nonalcoholic beverages throughout the day, and pre-dinner beverages with canapés from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm (last order 7:45 pm). Alcohol is not served to guests under 20 years of age or to intoxicated guests.

Couple vacation
Pros:

We loved the location, so central and close to station and malls.

Cons:

I liked everyrhing maybe rooms could use a little upgrade. Water in shower was bot very hot.

Excellent staff support, clean and tidy rooms, and a truly accommodating team. The staff were attentive to our needs, although we did not require much assistance during our stay. The location was superb and made our experience even more enjoyable.I have no faults to find with the Carlton Hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and well looked after.A special thank you to the security team and doormen, who were incredibly helpful in ensuring our pickups and drop-offs were safe and convenient.
