Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit

Their service was excellent!! Especially the door man Mr.Wat. We met him when we were going to check out in the elevator, he kindly ask us do we need to store our luggage after check out. Also he can call the taxi for us to the airport. It’s very attentive.

Had a great stay at The Carlton. Great staff and so friendly. Nothing was a bother for them, especially the front door staff of Kook and Phun who always had a smile.

Perfect location, close to restaurants, shopping, the metro & sky train, and the conference center. Spotless rooms, a beautiful breakfast spread, and exceedingly kind staff. The warm welcome permeates through your whole stay. Especially loved the pool; Game and Saifa always made me feel at home and so glad to be in Thailand.

I stayed 4 nights at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit and loved everything. Great location near BTS, clean and spacious room, excellent breakfast, and super friendly staff. The pool and rooftop bar were amazing. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great hotel. Clean, spacious rooms, everything is modern. Most impressive was staff. Incredibly friendly and accommodating. As I was leaving to go to another city, person at the door, Mr. Wat noticed that my Grab ride was cancelled. He told me that he can call a car for me. 5 minutes later there was a car waiting for me up front. Mr. Wat loaded my luggage and I was on my way. I believe that this level of service is what brings back customers. Recommend.

Carlton Hotel Sukhumvit – Our Bangkok Home Away From Home ⭐️

My wife and I visit Bangkok once or twice a year, and since our very first stay at Carlton Hotel back in 2022 (before we even got married), we’ve never looked back. That one random booking turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made — and every trip since, Carlton has been our only choice.
We’re huge fans of this hotel. Every time we think their service can’t possibly get any better, they somehow outdo themselves and set the bar even higher.

Over the years, we’ve become friends with New, one of the team members who truly embodies Carlton’s hospitality. He’s gone above and beyond for us countless times — many of which weren’t even part of his job. For my wife’s birthday this trip, I asked him to help me order a sunflower bouquet (her favorite). Not only did he find a beautiful one, but he even paid for it first with his own money.

When my wife wanted to buy a bag online but couldn’t make the payment, New personally helped us settle it and arranged for it to be delivered to the hotel. He even tried to get mango sticky rice from a particular stall that wasn’t in season — instead of giving up, he called other shops on his own time to check for us. We later found out that many of these thoughtful gestures happened on his days off!

Upon arrival, our check-in process was seamless — our details were already prepared, thanks to New’s initiative in informing the front desk ahead of time.

We’d also like to thank Pueng, our room attendant for the past 8 days. Her attention to detail is truly impressive. I tend to leave my things all over the counter, but every time we returned, she had thoughtfully arranged them neatly on a tray — even organizing them with precision. Small touches like these make a world of difference.

Of course, the rest of the Carlton staff deserve recognition too — everyone we’ve met has been warm, professional, and genuinely kind.
Coming from Singapore, we can be quite particular (“niao,” as we say). A good view, proximity to shopping malls and train stations, and a spacious, modern room are things we expect as standard. But what makes Carlton Hotel stand out is its people — the incredible staff who turn every stay into a truly memorable experience.

Carlton should be very proud to have such a passionate and dedicated team representing the brand. For us, Bangkok wouldn’t feel the same without them.

Great location and wonderful staff

Outstanding service from the staff (Baiwan, Immy and others) from check-in to the relaxation daily happy hour times with delicious food and drinks.

It was my first trip to Bangkok.
The hotel room condition was excellent, and all the staff were very kind.
Especially Jack from the lobby — he was so friendly and helpful that he left a strong impression on me. :)

Room was clean. Little far from port. Easy access to train station.
Front office, food and beverage staff and cleaning staff was great.
One staff was stereotyping all indian clients. Everytime he saw someone indian look alike , he will shake his head imitating indians who shake their head when replying yes or no. I look like an indian but i am not from india and i dont shake my head but he kept doing that to me and my family. I feel the supervisor should look into this. This is a nice hotel and people from all different background come to this hotel. Staff need to be senstive to peoples feelings too. Overall my stay was great

Chantana has been a great help with arranging our stays especially on my wife's birthday.
We had a really great time here.

And a big shoutout to the cooling tower bar team on 3oct night for arranging a special celebration for us.

My title refers to the old saying about getting what you pay for. It's true most of the time, & definitely for this expensive hotel. The room was spacious & the decor classy, but there are two crucial items I really focus on: first is the bed, which had a pillow top mattress & was very comfy. Also helps that the hotel is pretty quiet at night, so a great sleep. Second is breakfast: I do love to fuel my engine in the morning & the C has an excellent buffet with a wide range of quality foods. Japanese, Korean, some Indian & Chinese plus the usual Western favourites along with nice extra touches like smoothies & frozen yoghurt. Big thanks to the lovely breakfast crew, especially Gai; her smile of greeting every day truly made each visit a delight, not to mention the heavenly roast potatoes ( best I've had ). I did feel that the staff would try very hard to please me ( mango anyone? ), as you'd expect from a 5 star establishment. My stay was a one-off treat & am very glad I indulged myself this time. I'm worth it, & so are you!

Really could not fault the Carlton. The rooms were lovely and clean with gorgeous floor to ceiling huge windows. They were modern, well sized and the beds were very comfortable. All amenities provided. The buffet breakfast was extensive with varieties of foods from western cuisine to many different Asian cuisines. Pool area was fabulous with loads of towels provided, nice bar and impeccably clean.
The concierge Wat and Nung at front were always ready to assist and go out of their way. Till next time. We will be back.
