The staff was very courteous; the front desk and the housekeepers were very friendly. The location in terms of access to stores and restaurants was perfect, however the hotel is next to I-95, and the traffic could be heard all hours of the day and night. The upper floors were under construction, and I was informed that construction would start at 9 AM, however on the first morning, there was consistent banging before 9 AM that prevented my husband and I from sleeping in. My package was purchased through Expedia, but there was no mention of construction or the $7 per night for parking. The room was spacious, however the bathroom was dated and could use some upgrading. There was very poor lighting, a weak exhaust system and inadequate hooks on the door so the towels kept falling to the floor. Shower curtains in 2026 seem archaic and the shower curtain on the curved rod was too small causing huge gaps on each side of the curtain. In addition, the toilet paper holder was awkwardly positioned so you were forced to twist your body to grab the paper. I have stayed in Hilton Garden Inns in different states, however this is the first time, I am unable to leave a positive review.
Great stay here a couple twice enjoy the visit
The construction
This hotel charges $7 a night for parking which is absurd. It’s an open lot, not downtown, not near anything. It’s a highway hotel. I’ve never seen such a money grab in my life. The front desk staff said they receive this complaint about the parking every day and the agent said it’s ridiculous and that I need to email the GM to let him know as well. I went through the booking process again and didn’t see anything about parking. With this type of hotel and location, you’d never assume there would be a charge for parking. Think on the side of a highway hotel near a supermarket. Hotel staff couldn’t even point to where the parking fee was mentioned. I have escalated this to the GM to demand a refund. I will be reporting this property to Hilton corporate as well. As a frequent traveler to this town, this is my first and last time I’d ever stay at this hotel thanks to their money grab parking scam.
Location
The weather was a bit of the problem but the snow removal was atrocious
Parking lot was plowed but parking spaces were covered with snow and ice

Snow storm 2026 reasons why we stayed. Payment for overnight parking, ridiculous. No complimentary breakfast, $20 for the same complimentary breakfasts at other hotels. Crazy.
The bathroom were unclean and smelled like public restrooms. Never coming back. The beds are the worst, I woke with back aches 2 days in a row.
Room size decent. Close to Wegmans, a very nice grocery store. Other than that, go elsewhere. There is Hampton Inn right next door and you get free parking and breakfast. Here it’s $5 a day for parking and breakfast is $20 for adults, crazy! I didn’t book this hotel so that’s why I stayed here. Hallway floors are dirty. Hot water is a struggle.
Nothing to share.
Why do I have to pay to park my car overnight?
Clean and comfortable, convenient to I 95
When I checked in with an ESA service dog. I showed the woman my dog’s service ID, she proceeded to tell the gentleman next to her behind the counter “ It’s not a “real” service dog, see?” I was a little taken back by that comment.
Very clean great location
Bed was not comfortable and noisy
EVERYTHING WAS GOOD
Location was good
Walls were very thin heard phone conversation form guest next door like they were sitting next to me
The staff was excellent and the room was very clean
The shower was terrible and the pillows were very uncomfortable
Staff was absolutely wonderful!

I didn't eat the breakfast there. I was surprised and appalled at the price for the breakfast there and chose to go somewhere else for good food at a reasonable price.
I could wish that the shower head was a detachable type. At my age and with some physical limitations, a detachable head would be a real benefit. I would like the light in the bathroom to be brighter than it was..
the light on the left side of the bed was broken, the shower rod was loose, the Coffee machine didn't work.
the ice machine on the 4th and the 3rd was out of order.
and the woman at the breakfast service counter was on her telephone and didn't seem to have time to take our order.
