I plan on going back for a longer stay to really adventure the area, everyone is so friendly
Pros:

didn't have a chance to check out the restaurant, hopefully when i go back i will try, but the morning coffee is Delicious!

Cons:

Since the Hotel is under construction, like to see it completed, for the most part it was an enjoyable experience.

extremely low water pressure in shower
Pros:

lowest water pressure in the shower ever?

they had me kneeling in the bathtub washing my hair with the faucet

use common sense… I wasted more water doing that then with reasonable shower water pressure

You will be better off at Motel 6
Pros:

Exceptionally poor communication with customers . What front desk doesn't tell you when you check in is that all floors do not have ice machines that function. Only the second and fifth floor and as I found out the fifth floor was empty. Following signs to the one on ground floor led me to another sign on the ice machine that said it wasn't working you'd think that they could have let me know before I walked all the way down the end of the hall. When I complain that the guide button did not work on my TV control they then advised me that the guide button didn't work for any of their tvs. But rather than offer to put a TV Guide in my room for me they inform me that I could come and get one at the front desk. I was mortified at the end of working the 12 hour day to come home and find the room of total mess. That's when the front desk informed me that if I look at the itty bitty sign in the little corner of the big mirror that I would then be able to read with a magnifying glass that they only service the room every other day so if you stay two days as I did you will get no maid service to your room. It totally appeared that the dining room was closed as it was sealed off with plastic clearly being remodeled so I let the front desk know by message the next day that I was a little unhappy that I hadn't found out about this before coming there. That's when they informed me that the dining room was relocated temporarily to the breakfast area so the kitchen was open however there's absolutely no signs anywhere to let anybody know that there is food service available in the evening for dinner it just appears that the restaurant is sealed off and being renovated. If I could rate them zero for guest relations I would. They had a lot of excuses but never bothered to say sorry or can I bring a guide up to your room or anything else. Horrible guest relations and I've stayed at many Hilton Garden Inn in my life and this one rates Motel 6 or lower. My advice to you is stay away and yes I have the receipts.

Under construction
Pros:

Not up to Hilton standards. Lobby under construction. Common restrooms closed for construction. Because of this not worth the price. Customer service good. Parking ok.

Adequate, but would not stay again.
Pros:

Room size—large for price point. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Cons:

Room smelled musty, even after running A/C for 24 hours. Hotel policy, as explained by sign on bathroom mirror, is to service rooms only every other day—make beds, replace towels, replace amenities, etc. I expect a hotel to service rooms every day, and not to gaslight me, as the sign did, by telling me the every other day policy was for my “comfort.” Nonsense—it’s for the hotel’s bottom line. And of the hotel is only found to service rooms every other day, they should provide two days’ worth of amenities, like coffee pods—don’t make guests call down to the front desk for more, sheesh. Finally, we had a fire alarm during the night. We evacuated, but at no point did the hotel staff provide a update to all guests standing outside about what was happening, our give the all clear—we only surmised the ask clear once we saw other guests going back inside. Poor communication.

Room Stay Impacted by Ongoing Renovation Noise
Pros:

I checked in through my phone and was assigned a room. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t select a specific room.

The hotel itself was nice, and when I got to my room everything looked great. However, I did notice several room doors open along the hallway, which made it seem like parts of the floor were being renovated.

The next morning, while getting ready and planning to do some work from the hotel, I started hearing loud banging, cutting, and construction noise. It became disruptive enough that I decided to leave earlier than planned.

As I was leaving, I noticed that about half of the hallway was blocked off with plastic and there were contractors actively working on the floor. It appeared that I may have been one of the only guests staying on that floor during active renovations.
