The gym was really great!
Pros:

Fantastic gym and rooftop pool, with view of Pico de Orizaba.

Cons:

The aircon didn’t work and my window was locked. When I asked for it to be opened, I wasn’t allowed to keep the key, so it was left unlocked during my stay. It was clammy at night and the bathroom drains smelled.

la ubicación y la cama es super confortable

Cons:

Perdi una sudadera entre la recepción y mi habitación se me cayo de mi equipaje y no puedo creer que nadie lo viera y la respuesta de recepcionista fue no es nuestra responsabilidad. no las hacia responsable solo que si alguien la reportaba dijeran si es de este cliente aqui pueden dejarla.

Nos gusto mucho, sin duda regresaríamos. Solo el tema de la terraza que si creo que podría mejorar

Las habitaciones muy bien y en general todas las instalaciones
El personal muy amable, sobre todo en recepción
Todo muy limpio

Cons:

Pedimos unas cervezas con clamato, en la terraza, las queriamos sin salsas y nos dijeron que si pero picaban horrible y el trato tampoco me pareció el mejor en la terraza.
