Location was good, accessible to a lot of things in town. The hotel generally meets high standards

Cons:

On one side, my room faced an inner courtyard where the restaurant is located so there was noise on that side, and the other side had a window facing the main street, where there was also noise, although not much late at night.

The gym was really great!
Pros:

Fantastic gym and rooftop pool, with view of Pico de Orizaba.

Cons:

The aircon didn’t work and my window was locked. When I asked for it to be opened, I wasn’t allowed to keep the key, so it was left unlocked during my stay. It was clammy at night and the bathroom drains smelled.
