The location of the hotel is perfect as it is very close to my workplace JP Morgan.
Rooms are very clean and they took a well care of . Special thank you to corina she made the stay more enjoyable.
I stayed here with my 17 year old daughter for the weekend for shopping and the Hunger Games show.
The hotel staff were really welcoming, the check in was smooth and really informative. The room was lovely, clean, fully stocked with water in the fridge, tea/coffee etc…
Great location, about a 5 minute walk to the main shopping areas and 15 minutes to the Troubadour theatre.
Breakfast was good with a huge amount of choice and option to have fresh omelettes etc… cooked.
I would absolutely recommend and we will definitely be staying again.

Fantastic service from start to finish! A special shout-out to Swapna for coordinating with the chef and ensuring all my special dietary requirements were perfectly accommodated. Her dedication to guest care really stood out
Was nice and clean they left a little note to say have a nice stay and all that was very nice. Had a good night sleep. Only thing I’d say is no hotel rooms have bath mats so the floor gets soaked. Be the first to change that one. 10/10 stay
Apart from no bath mat everything else was impeccable
As always - a wonderful stay, made especially so by the staff. Big call out to Front of House Team Members, Thilan and Shaima who made our visit so fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure we had a first class experience. In addition, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed, the dining room food is excellent and the location is superb. Thank you all!

The location is excellent for Canary Wharf and the tube station and the Docklands Light Railway. We had a junior suite which was a great size.
The bed mattress was not great, really not supportive and not reflective of the cost of the room. Didn’t sleep at all well. The pillows were too soft too. These were replaced with foam ones very quickly when we asked.
