Best Hilton I have visited!
Pros:

Having visited a number of Hilton hotels, this hotel in Canary Wharf is definitely the best we have visited. Large room, excellent communicative and switched on staff who were very helpful. Breakfast was in a lovely sunlit dining room, large and relaxing. Breakfast quality and service was excellent! I would definitely recommend this hotel in Canary Wharf.

Niet perse heel slecht, maar absoluut Hilton-onwaardig!
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, netjes ontvangen, vragen snel beantwoord, ruime kamer, bedden netjes opgemaakt, gratis waterblikjes in de koelkast en nette koffie- en thee faciliteiten met lekkere koekjes erbij :-)

Prive parkeer garage, lekker makkelijk, alhoewel er genoeg parkeergarages in de buurt zijn, mocht je geen 30 pond per dag willen betalen... Tip: Gebruik de JustPark app!

Cons:

Kamer niet erg schoon, bijvoorbeeld een vieze sok op de bureaustoel! Viezig tapijt, erg veel beschadigingen, het kwam allemaal wat vermoeid en verouderd over. Bed/Matras lag oke, maar het voelde niet als en zag er niet uit als een 4-sterren Hilton Hotel.

Lobby en gangen ook niet sfeervol. De ingang zelf is kaal en ligt aan een lelijke straat, lopend niet perse optimaal te bereiken.

Ontbijt was in orde, maar niet meer dan dat. Ondanks voldoende personeel werden de gebruikte borden/bestek/kopjes niet weggehaald, maar was er ook geen plek om het zelf weg te zetten. Zodoende stond de tafel al snel vol met vieze vaat en etensresten.
Verder zag het er ook op plekken wat viezig uit: Op de speakers zag het zwart van de stof, vieze vlekken rondom de airco installaties in het plafond. Ramen waren vies van binnen.

Toch wel een tegenvallende ervaring, zeker voor een Hilton hotel met 4 sterren. Er zijn in Londen 4 sterren hotels die het absoluut veel beter doen, bijv het nabij gelegen Novotel.

Pros:

Hotel bellissimo in una posizione eccezionale. Camero comode e pulite, servizio top. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile,. Bello anche per i bambini, angolo pan cake a colazione, piccoli pensierini, persino una caccia al tesoro pasquale in camera. La posizione poi è molto comoda, a due passi dalle metro Elizabeth e Jubilee e dal trenino. Vista mozzafiato. Consigliatissimo.

Great location, staff mixed in level of service, great breakfasts
Pros:

Nice sized room, quiet, bath/shower combo, plenty of hot water and powerful shower

Cons:

Reception staff / systems really poor - kept telling us we hadn’t paid for things - rooms and breakfast - when we had . Also we used the car park and the instructions to get in / out were very poor. In the end my partner had to go back up to Reception to ask someone to let us out, for example.

Good location, food and beverage extremely disappointing

Location was perfect for me running the London Marathon with family staying with me

Cons:

Food and beverage was a disaster. Bar service terrible. I was ill during the marathon, and was unable to eat at the hotel in the evening due to awful service. Told no room service by reception, went to restaurant told 45 minute delay for table/food due to large parties in hotel, told to get room service. Ordered room service, food not available until gone 10pm. We cancelled our order and I went to bed having eaten one bagel all day having been ill whilst running the London Marathon.
