Very good, no complaints would stay again

Breakfast very good, room large and clean. One negative, we got allocated a disabled room but we’re not aware until getting into the room

Work trip - with an upgrade
Pros:

I got a surprise free upgrade to an executive suite which was really spacious, clean and comfortable. I also got free access to the executive lounge and enjoyed a very pleasant selection of salad and nibbles and a glass of fizz. All a complete surprise and really enjoyable. Thank you Hilton.

Amazing staff
Pros:

I have stayed at here over a hundred times for both work and pleasure. The staff here are without exception friendly and professional. A special mention for Venera who always goes above and beyond to make my stays great . Nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff in the Exec lounge also deserve a mention Paulette being one of them as they are always friendly and attentive. By far one of the best Hiltons I have stopped at.

Foodie delights!
Pros:

Check-in was smooth and the digital key is really helpful - my husband was able to share it with me so I could check-in a littler early in the day whilst he came later after work.

Yet another brilliant stay at this hotel. Venera and the team always make us feel welcome by doing something creative. This time catering created something lovely for our family with a humorous (and yummy) nod to Halloween.

5 star Exec Lounge.
Pros:

We had a wonderful time at the Hilton. Food and service were amazing. Paulette in the Exec lounge was so friendly, informative and made the whole experience 5 star.

Brilliant staff, made our stay very comfortable!
