Enjoyed the stay room was lovely and spacious
Pros:

It was clean and close to the reason why we visited London

Cons:

The wife felt the bed was uncomfortable. Also felt they should be parking discount for disabled/ blue badge holders. Had to use personal accounts to access same tv channels

Perfect location, comfortable, staff are friendly and welcoming.
Pros:

The room was spacious, the staff were so friendly. We had booked another place to stay but it was not right for us so we booked this hotel last minute the hotel were so understanding and really went out of their way to ensure our stay was great.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

We loved it. The Hotel and location was fantastic.
Pros:

The Hotel was great with a fantastic central location with access to shops and trains. Great experience.
