The room is spacious and the air conditioning and ventilation is excellent. The shower pressure is very good.

Clean and comfy rooms, access to transportation and good breakfast.
Only issue was that the first night the kids room AC was fixed at a low temperature and even though I was raising it it went down after a while. The issue was fixed the next day and they gave us coupons for free drinks.
Friendly staff And excellent location, secure parking is an added bonus, 3rd visit and I’m sure it will not be our last.
Rooms are Looking a little tired and could do with some tlc but no reflection on the staff.

Location is great, 5walk from the tube. Lovely room, bed was too firm for me but that’s a medical thing, husband found it fine & they provided a mattress topper for me which fixed it anyway. No noise or cleanliness issues & the breakfast was lovely, I had a made to order omelette

Clean and friendly staff

While the location itself is in the business district it is very accessible to other parts of the city. We used the Elizabeth and DLR or Jubliee line (can’t remember) also we got off at St Pancras station and took the trains to our hotel. The hotel is also few hundred meters away from the Canada Wharf Mall I think.
The staff was absolutely friendly, super kind and extremely professional. I remember Angelo and also another SriLankan dude (can’t remember his name) plus the Head Chef (forgot his name as well - his last name is Jeewon) .. anyway staff was absolutely kind and super helpful and incredible in every way which includes all the staff.
The Breakfast options were decent including the halal options and options for kids as well. The wifi was good and the bedroom was big size in size as well. We had a lot of luggage and that also left plenty of room to move about specially for the kids ..
That’s everything I can think of for now. But in general everything was positive.
The hotel had everything but a bit of cosmetic work will do. Don’t mean this in a negative way but something that can boost the Hotel’s ratings. The fitness center needs to be slightly bigger with a bit more equipments. Apart from that everything was top notch.
This excellent hotel is located less than three minutes walk from Canary Wharf station The Location is great for the shopping mall’s and the river Thames and clipper services etc.
The rooms are beautifully appointed, and well equipped with A/C, TV, tea & coffee facilities, with either bath or shower etc.
Upon arrival I received a warm welcome at the check in, and was greeted as a Hilton honours Diamond member. I had booked my room and informed the hotel of my expected time of arrival, everything was beautifully prepared for me. From the moment I arrived to the time I checked out the service was exemplary. The special touches like the luxury toiletries, bath robes, slippers etc. made me feel very much at home and a valued guest
Breakfast is full buffet with a chef on duty, which is excellent and of the highest calibre. Lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea are also available. Venera the Guest Relations manager makes guests feel very special and welcome. The lounge is open throughout the day for coffee, tea, soft drinks, and for the evening social with canapés and drinks.
I must thank all the staff for making our stay so pleasurable and offering the highest level of service, and went the extra mile to make me feel a special guest.
If you are looking for somewhere in London to celebrate a special occasion or just want to spoil yourself with a little luxury, I can highly recommend the Hilton Canary Wharf.
