Perfection
Pros:

We stayed at this wonderful establishment for five nights and we loved the experience. The reception was warm and courteous; she provided all the dining and sightseeing needs in the proximity of the hotel, which we had great dining experiences based on her suggestion. Our junior suite is spacious and house keeping did an immaculate job during our stay. The hotel is situated within walking distance of almost all major attraction, which is really convenient. The breakfast at the lobby lounge is great and service is attentive. Highest compliment to the management of premises which made our stay in Palermo memorable.

Pros:

Excellent location near restaurants, shops & sights. Helpful staff. On site parking. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Noise from corridor (voices, doors etc) due to poor sound proofing woke us periodically both nights. Bad odour in bathrooms from drains.

Tutto: posizione rispetto ai centri di interesse; pulizia camere, staff molto cortese e disponibile; colazione buffet ottima equilibrata ed abbondante

Cons:

Purtroppo dalle tubature del bagno trasaliva tanta puzza di fogna, al punto da dover tenere la porta del bagno chiusa sulla camera.
