Hôtel bien situé et propre
Pros:

La propreté dans les chambres et partout dans l'hôtel + Le personnel de ménage et à la réception étaient adorable.
La réception nous a donné de bons conseils et un plan pratique.
L'hôtel est situé dans un très joli quartier avec de meilleurs restaurants que dans le centre.

Cons:

Concernant la ville et pas l'hôtel, c'est dommage qu'elle soit aussi sale, de plus, nous avons été très choqués par une chose : nous avons vu des drapeaux palestiniens accrochés de partout aux fenêtres dans la ville, à se demander si nous étions en Sicile ou au moyen orient ... et nous n'avons vu nulle part le drapeau sicilien !
En tant que touristes, nous n'avons pas compris, c'est vraiment dommage, la municipalité devrait faire quelque chose.
Quand on va dans un pays, on aime voir le drapeau du pays qu'on visite. Il est dommage de se croire au moyen orient quand on visite la Sicile.

Es war alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe der Via Liberta‘ und ist sehr schön und besonders eingerichtet! Die Bäder sind neu und alles ist sehr sauber!

The location was awesome and room was better than I expected. Comfortable and spacious room, great and roomy bathroom. Very friendly and efficient staff. I will stay here again!

La città e l'hotel piacevoli sorprese!
Pros:

Accoglienza cordialissima, la Signora della reception ci ha fornito informazioni e consigli utilissimi; personale competente e premuroso, colazione ottima; posizione della struttura buona per raggiungere i punti di interesse (che sono moltissimi), sempre a piedi ma bisogna essere disposti a lunghe camminate; Palermo e' stata una scoperta per la quantità e qualità dei siti artistici ( in particolare chiese con mosaici eccezionali e stratificazioni di culture e architetture diverse che ti affascinano).

Cons:

Il bagno della camera e' ottimo, ma ci vorrebbe una mensola per riporre gli accessori tra lo specchio e il lavandino.

unico neo, ma e' una valutazione assolutamente soggettiva: l'impossibilita' di oscurare del tutto le finestre. Ma solo come spunto. In generale comunque un giudizio molto piu' che positivo. Struttura certamente da consigliare.

It would be hard to beat this hotel for what it has to offer for a great price. Just loved it!
Pros:

We just finished a one week stay at this amazing hotel. The lobby was very modern adorned with beautiful wall art and antique furniture. The room we had was modern, very clean and quiet through the night. The bed and linens were some of the best we ever experienced. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. Good sized shower with rain head, great water pressure and very nice towels. The breakfast was very good with lots of fresh fruits, breads, pastries, assorted cold cuts, hard boiled as well as hot scrambled eggs with bacon. The staff also provided freshly made coffees and were on top of keeping the food well supplied. Just excellent all the way. My only suggestion would be that they could have signage to be respectful of other diners and no cell phone conversations. We experienced a group of people that acted as if they were the only ones there. It spoiled our experience that day. We had to ask them to consider the other diners.
