Cons:

El desayuno deja mucho que desear.La oferta de fruta,panes,charcutería,huevos y otros productos que se ofrecen en la categoría que posee el hotel(cuatro estrellas) no existe.
Es una desayuno malo y escaso.

Quiet, clean, a/c hotel in walking distance of centre
Pros:

It was just outside the Centro Storico, so not noisy but close enough to walk everywhere, or use the buses. The staff were efficient and friendly and gave us good advice. The room was clean, the shower was amazing and the bathroom looked smart, albeit small. The breakfast was great and the ladies in the breakfast room worked hard to make it run smoothly. The aircon was a blessing.

Cons:

A few hooks in the room and bathroom, a few shelves in the bathroom and shower would have been very helpful. And a mirror above the desk because the hairdryer cord didn't reach to the only mirror. Also, an iron and ironing board in a communal area would have helped.

Pros:

Great aesthetics and decoration. Everything looked new. Very kind and helpful staff. We much enjoyed the breakfast. We recommend this hotel and would return there. Generally, we really enjoyed Palermo.

Cons:

Limited parking and not free. But we left the car on the street without any problem. On foot, it is at some distance from the centre, but doable without any problem, even in the evening. We knew it and were perfectly fine with it. The advantage is, that it is probably easier to drive from here to the surroundings of Palermo.

An easy short walk to the main shopping / sightseeing areas
Pros:

We stayed here for three nights, the hotel is a short walk from one of the main shopping roads in Palermo, set in a quiet residential area. Within a 5 minute walk there are Italian restaurants and cafes, a small supermarket. It's a very easy flat walk into the centre, so well positioned for sight seeing.

The reception staff were always helpful, friendly and professional, ordering a taxi for us and suggesting a local nearby cafe for a bite to eat when we arrived early at the hotel (before check in). The interior decoration of the hotel is very stylish, the Library is a quiet and tranquil space to sit, modern sofas, artwork, glass and high ceilings.

Our bedroom was large and spacious with a high ceiling, modern with wardrobe hanging space, a safe, coffee and tea making. We live in a quiet place at home and didn't notice any street noise from our bedroom during our stay. The bathroom was new, modern with complimentary toiletries.

The breakfast room is decorated nicely, the selection of breakfast items was perfectly adequate for most Europeans. Something for everyone.

No complimentary water in the bedroom - something that is lacking for a 4* hotel.

Relatief vroege inchecktijd en latere uitchecktijd dan de meeste accommodaties, waardoor dit perfect was op onze vertrekdag. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt tot half 11. Comfortabele kamer, heel rustig, geen geluid van buiten, en dat midden in Palermo. De beste douche van onze vakantie op Sicilië ❤️. Uitstekende locatie, op loopafstand van het historische centrum, maar niet middenin de toeristische hotspots, waardoor je ook nog leuke cafeetjes en restaurantjes in de buurt vindt die gericht zijn op lokaal publiek (en dus beter eten, goedkoper, gezelliger). Aanrader!

Cons:

Kamer is aan de kleine kant, maar dan ben ik echt aan het zoeken naar een minpunt.

Good value, comfortable hotel. Great bathroom.
Pros:

Breakfast on the first day was good. Bathroom was very good. Lovely shower and quality taps. They waited for us when we got held up at airport and arrived late. Good size room.

Cons:

Subsequent days the eggs and bacon were running out and cold. Fruit and coffee was good. Toast bread good but toaster very slow.
Not much shelf space in bathroom.
Very noisy in street outside in the early mornings.

Great location
Pros:

A typical Italian city hotel, located in a side road, a five minute flat walk to a main shopping area and the main pedestrian area. There are numerous cafes and restaurants very nearby and a main supermarket a five minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is light and airy, stylish with high ceilings. Our bedroom was large, the bathroom newly fitted, the bed was very comfortable. We stayed bed and breakfast - the breakfast offered a typical choice of fruit, yoghurt, toast, croissants, scrambled eggs and a large selection of cheeses, meats and cakes.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No complimentary water in a 4* hotel!
