The best hotel service and amenities in Italy!
Pros:

EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND UNFORTGETABLE!! The service, facility, equipment, amenities are really exceptional!! However, the BREAKFAST is just the best we had in our life and among all 5-star hotels we have been already in the world (and we saw a lot). You will be served with fresh sea food, oysters, black caviar, amazing selection of tea, pastries, eggs, vegetables. It was felt more like 7-star brunch rather than buffet breakfast. We are ready to come back just because of this breakfast :)

The service and proposal in the bar is also top of the top! Personnel is super helpful and kind everywhere in the hotel!!

Cons:

I think, for such exceptional property and service as at this hotel, I would recommend to have everywhere fresh flowers instead of artificial ones for decoration.
