Pros:

It was easy to reserve on line. The owner was very easy to work with. The rooms were clean and we were able to get 3 rooms for a family reunion in the area.

Great experience in Blair Nebraska
Pros:

I checked in about 3-3:30 pm & had been riding my bike for about 640 miles and was exhausted, I asked the man that checked me in what time breakfast was and he said 6 am, what time would you like to take off & I said I would like to take off around 5am & he told me that breakfast would be at 4:45, and he got up and made sure that I had something to eat before I left, that kind of service is unheard of, I’m not sure if he was the owner or the manager but he needs to be recognized!!

Terrible
Pros:

Nothing. The place was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Cons:

Felt like you could smell every cigarette that has been smoked in that place the last 20 years. Floor was dirty, bed was like sleeping on cardboard. Worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. All the pictures online had to be taken 20 years ago.

rooms were very dirty. our room smelled bad and there was shampoo splattered all over the bath tub & carpets weren’t clean

Horrible and money hungry staff
Pros:

As a platinum Wyndhum Member where should I start? At check in they tried charging me for my service animals. Talking about how they pay their housekeepers extra to clean the rooms that had animals in them. By ADA law it is illegal to charge anything for service animals. 2nd late checkouts are suppose to be a Wyndhum Member perk and their trying to make a profit of another hour or 2 after checkout. Seems these people are doing everything to make a quick buck esp off of low income or disabled people. Be cautious of getting a room here at super 8 in blair neb. Their money hungry and find very tedious things to try to milk you for money. Also their breakfast consisted of sugary oatmeal cream pies, white and wheat bread, instant oatmeal, frozen waffles, and bananas. Im definately going back to Microtel. They atleast have make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins, and selections of fruit.
