Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster… Dusche ca 180 cm hoch, also nur für kleine Menschen. Duschvorhang statt Kabine… eng… Ausstattung schon sehr verwohnt. Keine Klimaanlage. Denke im Sommer wirds ungemütlich… Die „Rolltreppe“ für die Rodler und Skifahrer war permanent am Stocken, irgendwas ist da kaputt… keine beleuchtete Rodelbahn… Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht… Trotzdem lange Wartezeiten (Hausbar). Insgesamt Preis Leistung in meiner Wahrnehmung eher unpassend.
Zusatz: sehr nette Skilehrer, gut für Kinder geeignet, nehmen sich Zeit, kleine Lerngruppen. Dies ist ein absolut positiver Punkt…

Cons:

Top Lage aber keine Baude etc. offen… Man könnte soviel rausholen aus der Lage… Aber ohne Musik und ohne Glühwein macht das alles weniger Spass. Eine kleine Bude (Verkaufsstand) hatte offen. Freundlich und nett, Preise ganz ok… Aber insgesamt sind dort mehrere Hütten, welche seit Jahren leer stehen. Ungenutzte Schneekanonen stehen auch herum… Hier wird viel Potential verschenkt…

Pros:

Schöneck ist eine tolle Gegend für viele Unternehmungen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen Indoor-Spielplatz für Kinder, Kinderkino und Spielräume.

Cons:

Leider war das Schwimmbad geschlossen. Es wurde immer wieder darauf hingewiesen, dass das überall ausgeschildert sei. Aber wir haben es wirklich erst vor Ort erfahren und das ist schlecht, wenn man extra deswegen den Aufenthalt Plan. Ein richtiger Ersatz/Ausgleich kann auch nicht angeboten werden. Das Buffet am Abend ist überteuert und von geringer Qualität.
