Eagle Point Resort

It was an ok experience. Parking was bad and we had a mouse.. It was a good location for our sporting event.

Clean comfortable room, good TV viewing

Beautiful setting, room was spacious,. Hallways are narrow, not clean, door locks are challenging.

Stay wasn't to back . Place could be cleaner. Manager was very rude . Would not suggest it to anyone.

Nice and quiet

We loved it SO much & didnt want to leave. Beautiful, Clean, nice rooms, beautiful pool area & hot tubs, beautiful surroundings. Loved the wooden stairways & decks. Just perfect! We will be back for sure!!!!

Nice pool and two jacuzzis.

Excellent service, with kind, friendly, wonderful staff. They were very accommodating and helpful in a variety of contexts. We made a mistake on check-in paperwork - no problem, they corrected it for us in minutes after we noticed. Our car battery died, and they jumped us twice and helped us get to a reliable local mechanic.

The rooms are huge, spacious and well laid out. It can be hard to tell from photos, but the bedroom is actually a proper room, separate from the living room, and the kitchen is medium sized. Not huge, but bigger than I had expected. They have both an indoor and an outdoor hot tub, both kept very hot, which we liked.

We almost always stay here when skiing at Vail. It is nice, affordable, and the shuttle makes it convenient.

Dark, smelly, old furniture, it's incomprehensible in such a well-located property.

The location for the money is good, 5 minute shuttle to Lionshead, some member of the staff are awful..

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, frequent shuttle service to Lionshead, grocery and restaurants nearby, hot tub and heated swimming pool. clean rooms with all ameneties. would stay again.

The front desk person was rude and unprofessional

Our room was extremely clean and beyond comfortable. Was able to stream all premium platforms and nice TV’s in family/dining room and bedroom. Our room was very quiet and was allowed early check in which was quick.
It was the middle of winter and had gotten a foot plus snow in the previous 2days and snow removal was as good as it could be with the circumstances. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone

Our unit was very nice, clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The description of property on expedia stated that the lift was an 8 minute walk from the property. This is absolutely not true. The lifts are not walkable. Additionally, the shuttle bus is not offered past 5 pm so if you want to go back into town for dinner or shopping you must take another form of transportation. Approx 2 weeks prior to check in the property sends out an email informing me of limited transportation. The email is clearly from 2021 (covid time) - they need to put in some effort in email updates. Also, in general the common areas could be a bit cleaner - it just looks tired.

The shuttle to skiing was timely and excellent. The kitchen was clean but bring your iwn spices. Alrhough we found the hot tub at a good temperature, we could not get the jets to turn on and never could figure it out.
We will stay here again.
