You cannot get a better hotel stay. Flawless.
Pros:

There was nothing to not like - the room size, the cleanliness, the staff, the breakfast - it was all top quality. We had a fantastic night away for our son’s birthday, and it was topped off with a wonderful stay in this hotel. Would come back and stay here again without question.
And the shopping centre across the road was a bonus too. Thank you

Fabulous breakfast and super convenient and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Lovely staff and great pre-check in system. Room was small but perfectly designed and super comfortable. Location was convenient for our purposes and breakfast was a lovely surprise - fresh juices that you could make yourself and lots of healthy options.

Pros:

Very helpful & friendly staff. Room was really nice, clean & very comfortable. Secure parking. Lovely restaurant in the hotel downstairs. With fantastic staff & yummy food. Enjoyed our stay here.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating
Pros:

The staff were amazing and so accommodating, nothing was to hard for them. We had an even on at the theatre and was perfect distance to walk there as well as walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

no where to heat up food or any cutlery. The water took approx 5 mins to get hot
