Nice clean and comfortable
Pros:

Sophie had a nice day at the hotel. Bedroom was extremely comfortable very clean. Everyone was nice and polite.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t really like about the hotel. It was a nice hotel.

Comfortable in the back rooms off the street. Bit quieter.
Pros:

The staff were nice and was mostly clean

Cons:

I was placed on the street side where it was a bit noisy and two of the pillows were a little smelly. Not sure the cases were changed. But the nice lady with colourful hair accommodated me to another room which made me happy , location isn’t really a tourist area, good if your there for work.

Staff make this place extra special, and standards keep room clean, organised and professional.
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond. Thank you.
Location is directly opposite shopping centre with food court. Very close to transport. Easy train ride to town.

Cons:

The location meant a short walk from train station,
Not recommended after dark. There is a bus that will get you closer, but most of Melbourne are in this boat.

Cosy & Comfortable - great value for money
Pros:

Excellent amenities very friendly& professional staff extremely helpful catering to the needs of the patrons. Very clean comfy bed & room bathroom clean. Room size are a bit small & can get a shade noisy if other guests talk loudly.
