Very poor staff ( one individual male stood out with beard )

Cons:

Staff were extremely rude when asked about drinks and food at the bar. Anytime I asked for a simple drink for example strawberry daiquiri they would look at me in disgust. One individual staff member was extremely rude to us. Hotel was very noisy at night lots of chairs moving from above and people running around, the walls were very thin. No control over the thermostat in the room for air conditioning was always freezing cold. Bath wasn’t very pleasant either , bath had cracks in it and a bit dirty aswell. Pool on rooftop is extremely dirty and no food and drinks were allowed to be ordered at the pool.

C’est un très bon hôtel. Tout est propre, les lits sont impeccables et très confortables. L’accueil est professionnel et le personnel est agréable. L’hôtel est bien situé, à côté des transports en commun. Malheureusement, les transports s’arrêtent avant 23 h, ce qui peut être un inconvénient pour les sorties en soirée.

Un excellent séjour, confortable, agréable et parfaitement réussi.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, propre, confortable et bien équipée. La literie était de bonne qualité et l’insonorisation satisfaisante.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est pratique, avec un accès facile au centre-ville, aux plages et aux principaux sites d’intérêt d’Alicante. Les transports en commun sont également accessibles à proximité.

Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité, avec un choix suffisant de produits sucrés et salés. Le personnel était accueillant, attentif et professionnel.

Cons:

Nous n’avons relevé aucun point négatif particulier. Le séjour s’est très bien déroulé et nous avons été pleinement satisfaits de la chambre, de l’accueil, du petit-déjeuner et de la qualité générale des services.
