Loved the layout of the hotel, the facilities, our room, the views, and the attentive service from all staff who we interacted with. The breakfast is fantastic, so many options to choose from.
I absolutely loved the toiletries in the hotel, the green tea based scent is gentle and elegant - I'd buy it to use at home if I could!
Bedroom was roomy. Bed was comfortable. They allowed us to check in early.
Minifridge wasn't working, although we didn't tell them because we couldn't be bothered to change rooms. Sunbeds weren't very comfortable. Room could use a deep clean. In restaurant they priced the food incorrectly and tried to cover it up. Did though give us refund for the difference when we confronted them about it. We booked breakfast at reception for the last day 36 hrs ahead which should have given us a discount for breakfast. But when it came to our last day they said they didn't have that booking and said I didn't have any proof. After a bit of an argument in reception they finally agreed to refund the difference.
Just saying... if you plan to stay and eat there, make sure to check your receipts.

Localized about 35 minutes walk from the City Center. The smell on the corridors wasn’t nice.
Breakfast not served until 8am
We only stayed one night in this hotel, it was generally clean. The staff were friendly but slow to respond. Rooftop pool (albeit small) was a nice feature. We got the superior room with terrace, the terrace is facing West (mo sea view).
For a small city like Alicante, the location of the hotel is a bit far from the centre and not ideal for short-stay (tourist) visits. The bed was comfy but the pillows were terrible. It's near a relatively busy roundabout so expect noise if your room is facing West.
It's a nice hotel but a bit worn down, we felt it was overpriced.
