We loved the staff and facilities of the hotel
We asked for a room higher up as we had a child and needed a quieter room. We were told by a lovely member of staff, unfortunately they can't facilitate this request as all the three bed rooms had been set up on the second floor.
Once we got ourselves settled etc we then left the room to get our dinner...the WHOLE 2ND FLOOR STANK OF WEED! So much that my head was banging. Our child was also experiencing headache. We got into the room and luckily the smell did not venture into the room. We then went out again to explore the facilities...again the corridor on the 2nd floor stank of weed and this time there was a little dog who was constantly crying from obviously being locked and left alone in a room on the second floor. This poor dog cried and barked most of the night. Needless to say I did not sleep. I would not return to this hotel due to the other guests they allow, which is unfortunate as the hotel seemed lovely.

Excelente servicio
The hotel was clean, well organised and comfortable.
Unfortunately the pool and rooftop bar was closed but the roof terrace was open. Our main concern though was the location. It was just a bit far from the centre and the beach for us.
Good location between the Alicante airport and the city. Hospitable staff.
The bathrooms were not clean at all. Stayed in two different rooms during our stay and both bathrooms were anything but clean, even finding hairs in the bathtub and on the sink.
