Alojamiento cerca del aeropuerto
Pros:

El alojamiento se encuentra en un polígono cercano al aeropuerto, por lo que es muy cómodo si vas a viajar en avión y necesitas alojarte cerca ya que cuenta con parking.
La habitación era cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario. También nos dejaron agua de cortesía.

Cons:

La moqueta de las zonas comunes, especialmente junto a los ascensores, necesitaba una limpieza.

Full återbetalning skedde efter att General manager tog tag i vårt klagomål.
Pros:

Sängen var ok, men det övervägde inte avloppslukten i rummet.

Att efter att General manager uppmärksammat vårt omdöme och tog tag i vårt klagomål gick det snabbt. Vi hade begärt 50% i återbetalning, men Hotellet valde att återbetala 100%. Det var en mycket bra hantering och visar att man har respekt för gästernas åsikter - god kundvård!

Cons:

Vi hade förannonserat sen ankomst, samt att vi reser med hund. Det fanns inget förberett när vi anlände 01:30. Lukten av avlopp var oangenäm, arrogant nattpersonal, samt att duschblandaren var trasig (lämnade i delen som lossnade i receptionen) gjorde att detta var det sämsta hotellet under alla resor - Varning!
Hotellet har inte bemödat sig att besvara skriftligt klagomål, trots påminnelse!

Pros:

Erinomainen aamiainen, erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä sijainti, lähellä lentokenttää ja bussiyhteydet keskustaan. Henkilökunta oli ammattimainen ja uima-allas erittäin hyvä. Huoneet hyvän kokoiset ja hiljaiset.

Cons:

Olisi kiva jos olisi vedenkeitin huoneessa ja ilmastointi olisi vähän uudempi.

La comodidad de la habitación y el personal de recepción, muy atento.

Cons:

La habitación era bastante oscura por el color de muebles y el tener que pagar 11 euros por meter el coche, ya que en los alrededores está difícil. Ademas tuvimos dos camas individuales y no eran iguales, a una de ellas se le notaban mucho los muelles y era bastante incómoda a la hora de descansar.
