Amazing value for money
Huge immaculate rooms quiet and well appointed, with super comfortable beds.
We stayed only briefly and had room service food which was generous and very tasty.
Shout out to Marcos on reception. He was very friendly and helpful, a real gem!
Great location for both the train (easy 10 to 15 mins walk) and 10 minutes to the old city across the historic bridge.

Uma vez que é um quarto direcionado para duas pessoas, a oferta do café deveria contemplar isso. Só tinha uma cápsula.

Cons:

Tivemos uma estadia agradável no hotel. Houve inicialmente um problema com o ar condicionado no quarto, o que causou algum desconforto, mas a situação foi rapidamente resolvida pela equipa. Fomos mudados para outro quarto sem complicações e, como forma de compensação, ofereceram-nos late check-out no dia seguinte, o que valorizámos bastante.

No geral, destacamos a simpatia e prontidão do staff na resolução do problema. Uma experiência positiva apesar do contratempo inicial.
