Desk managers both of the evening of arrival, and morning of departure were very helpful, and courteous

The bed wasn’t a queen size bed and REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE. People were walking down the hall super loud at midnight. Really basic room, would not recommend

Loved the tipi, my partner recommended this place. It was a good distance to the grocery store which was nice. The staff, they were always friendly.
Reasonably priced for room for attending Timmins Rock On the River, far enough away from the venue to get a good night’s sleep. Plain Jane kind of place, good enough.
Although in a great location, this hotel needs a lot of work. Its definitely dated and needs a renovation. The gym was not open due to it being old. The breakfast was ok. A couple ants spoiled the meal and options are limited. The staff is friendly and prompt to help. Very understaffed though. But responsive.
The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good (hot meal was available), Unfortunately there were young kids running the halls and making lots of noise at 5am.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Parking was convenient and the room was very clean although a bit small, as we had multiple suitcases and there were no closets to hide them away.
