Cons:

Weird stairs/elevator combo. Go up to floor floor1 on the elevator, the climb stairs to a room on the second floor, yet the elevator trip to the second floor doesn't connect to those room. Weird layout.

Room was too hot as well.

Die Lage ist super , Grassmarket mit seinen vielen Pubs und Kiosk usw ist toll. Zu Füßen von z.B Edinburgh Castle , Royal mile und direkt an der Bow gelegen. Hotel einfach aber absolut gut für den Preis

Cons:

Wir waren zwar nur 3 Nächte, hätten uns aber mehr Zimmerservice gewünscht. Hatten am ersten Tag einen Muffindesaster, das uns die ganzen 4 Tage begleitet hat.

Très bel hôtel dans un immeuble historique
Pros:

Hôtel situé dans un quartier ancien et dans un immeuble ancien, au-dessus d'un pub. Les pubs des alentours donnent un petit rabais aux clients de l'hôtel sur les repas (dans les 10%). L'hôtel est super bien situé - et allie parfaitement l'ancien et le moderne (salle de bains très bien refaite). Curieusement assez calme (j'étais dans l'un des étages supérieures), alors que la rue est très animée le soir jusqu'à 22h au moins. Personnel d'une gentillesse extrême, de bon conseil. Café et thé gratuits dans la chambre (avec le lait à l'anglaise). Depuis l'aéroport, on peut venir avec le tram jusqu'à "West End" et marcher ensuite une quinzaine de minutes à plat - bon à savoir, car le gps vous envoie à un arrêt plus loin et vous fait grimper la colline.

Cons:

C'est assez cher - mais en ceci pas une exception à Edimbourg. Le fait que l'on ne peut pas vraiment ouvrir une fenêtre (juste un petit bout) peut déranger les rares jours où il fait vraiment chaud l'été. Je n'ai pas de vrais points négatifs à signaler en réalité.

Posizione ottima ma a mio parere costa troppo per quello che offre

Posizione ottima con parcheggio a pagamento a 10 min a piedi.

Cons:

Arredamento in genere datato. La struttura è storica ma richiede certamente un aggiornamento. Se hai la valigia e capiti al terzo piano preparati a fare scale attraverso un dedalo di corridoi e altre scale.
La pulizia accettabile ma onestamente si può fare molto ma molto meglio. Finestre con doppi vetri ma quella esterna era bloccata e non si poteva chiudere. Insonorizzazione non adeguata
