Cons:

I’m travel early in the morning and we order something to go in the breakfast and the yogur was expire and don’t permit have a breakfast that was include in the reservation and paid for that. They have a pub next to the hotel that open until late and it’s very noise

Lovely stay in the Heart of Edinburgh
Pros:

It was a wonderful place to stay, clean, the bathroom was modern wi-FI was good. There are so many good little places to eat. The coffee/espresso machine in the lobby was fantastic. Hoy, one of the receptionists was wonderful and we really enjoyed chatting with them. We loved Grassmarket, and the hotel was right in the middle of it.

Cons:

The windows didn’t open well. It happened to be warm when we arrived, and the room was hot. Also given the location I was not surprised that it was noisy at night.

Gut, ABER....
Pros:

Lage top, leider nachts aufgrund der Lage etwas unruhig - man kann nicht alles haben.

Cons:

Leider wurde uns das Frühstück, das wir bereits über Booking gebucht hatten ein zweites Mal auf der Kreditkarte belastet. Noch vor Ort haben wir auf den Fehler aufmerksam gemacht. Uns wurde gesagt, das sei ein Versehen des angreenzenden Pubs. Wir haben eine neue Rechnung inkl Storno erhalten - das Geld wurde aber dennoch auf der Karte belastet. Auf zwei weitere Emails wurde leider nicht reagiert. Naja abgehakt, aber leider leider ein fader Beigeschmack bleibt. also : Augen auf!
