Fairly good hotel in a spot near the Golden Mile
Pros:

Excellent location.

Cons:

Small hotel with maze-like room location and stairs to the room. Fairly kind front desk staff who appeared to know very little about the place because she was “new”, but helped lift luggage up to the 3rd floor.

Sehr gute Lage zur Burg, da wir Military Tatoo, besuchten.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, Doppelbett befand sich in Nische an Wand. Fernseher, zwei Tage, wegen Regen ausgefallen! Regendusche ohne Showercap!

Clean, convenient, and a great base.
Pros:

Close to everything in Old Town. And not very noisy despite being at the center of the late night crowd. Breakfast at the pub was excellent as well.

Cons:

Was hard to connect to stuff on the TV.

ontbijt was goed.Locatie zeer goed

Cons:

bij ons verblijf van 1 tot 3 /9/26 kregen we een veel te kleine kamer. Een bed in een nis waar we over elkaar moesten kruipen om uit te stappen. Aan 76 jaar niet evident.Kamer te bereiken met 40 trappen. Volgende verblijf een degelijke kamer maar geen venster.

Warm cozy, comfortable room for a couple that likes to walk.
Pros:

The room appeared clean, and the breakfast was comforting.

Cons:

It was difficult getting to our room and the room was very cramped. I shared a double bed with my daughter and she had to crawl over me to get in bed. The duvet wasn’t large enough for two people, I used the blanket that was in the room.

Super lokalizacja
Pros:

Idealna lokalizacja, parę minut spacerem na Zamek. Blisko do wszystkich atrakcji.
Hotel dość czysty, pokoje ok ale cena zbyt wysoka jak na tak niski standard pokoju, płaci się ewidentnie za lokalizację

Cons:

Śniadania to pomyłka. Codziennie był z czymś problem i trzeba było szukać obsługi, że brakuje kubków/widelcy/ herbaty itp bo same nie dokładały niczego.
Wybór praktycznie żaden, były tosty i rogaliki. Nie było nawet jajecznicy.
Minus też, że śniadania są dopiero od 8, jak ktoś spieszy się na samolot z rana albo na jednodniową wycieczkę poza Edynburg to nie zje.

Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

Excellent location, accommodation was excellent as we required 4 separate beds. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Very modern interior and most importantly, tea making facilities!
There were street performers, and a small market right outside when we visited which was lovely. They were even good enough to store our bags after checkout so we could have one last look around before heading to the train.

Cons:

Couldn't fault our stay. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough.
