Excelent
Pros:

Locația foarte bună.
Am fost cazați în aripa renovată,foarte frumos și cu gust.
Patul foarte confortabil și foarte curat.
Am luat micul dejun la restaurantul hotelului,a fost mic dejun suedez,diversificat,bogat și produse de calitate.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wygodny parking. Restauracja po remoncie. Dobre śniadanie.

Cons:

Słabe warunki w pokoju hotelowym. Dwa lata temu dostaliśmy pokój w trochę lepszym stanie. W tym roku rozczarowanie. Dobrze że to tylko jedna noc.

Cons:

Hotelul Cetate din Alba Iulia are mare nevoie de o schimbare. Mobilierul din cameră este extrem de învechit, uzat și dă un aer neschimbat de zeci de ani. Însă „cireașa de pe tort” a fost micul dejun, de-a dreptul dezastruos și zgârcit: un singur ou, trei felii subțiri de salam, două de castravete, o jumătate de roșie, trei măsline și trei felii de jambon.

Pros:

La vicinanza al centro, parcheggio moto all'aperto davanti l'hotel. Frigorifero in camera. Colazione salata ottima.

Cons:

Eravamo all'8 piano, stanze datate, bagno da rinnovare perché senza bidet e per farti la doccia dovevi entrare in vasca che non dava proprio l'impressione del pulito, senza tenda quindi attenzione a non allagare il pavimento. Colazione dolce solo pane burro e marmellata.

Amabilitatea personalului

Cons:

Baia, nu este tocmai igienică, cada are o culoare aproape gri, apa caldă a fost maronie sau a lipsit cu desăvârșire. Deși se înregistrau 30 grade celsius afară, în cameră aveam căldură la calorifer.

Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése tökéletes. A szoba fekvésétől függően a kilátás is gyönyörű.
A reggeli bőséges volt. A személyzet kedves volt.

Cons:

Az épületet jelenleg felújítják, amit a szálloda közölt is előzetesen. A munkálatok hangja nem volt zavaró. A liftek (2 db) nem tudták az érkezéskor és távozáskor összegyűlő embertömeget kezelni.
Ingyenes parkolás tényleg van, de szerencse kell hozzá (különösen a későn érkezőknek), mert a szálloda méretéhez képest elég kevés a hely.
