When so many things were dirty it makes you wonder about the linens and I sure wouldn't walk barefoo
Pros:

No breakfast offered .location was good

Cons:

It was dirty from the front doors to the stairs outside.Tv didn't work.Black mold under bathroom vanity.I went and bought cleaning wipes the floors had not been mopped in a while. Something smeared on the wall feces or blood.When we left in the morning there were 10-15 bags of trash piled up by the sidewalk.I guess they didn't make it to the dumpter.The stairs in the back had old food and drinks spilled and cigarette butts.

First and our last time here
Pros:

Close to freeway n Walmart

Cons:

Stinks, smell like molds, dirty. Only room left that what the front desk said. We don’t have time to look for new place since we’re tired. We end up going to Walmart bought some Disenfectant sprayed the room, bathroom and linens.

Will NOT use Booking.Com Again!
Pros:

The front desk lady was amazing and was extremely helpful and willing to work with us on a specific issue that we were having about a special amenity we booked for that they could not offer at that time and even agreed to fully refund 2 nights so we could find a different place that had a pool that was working.

Cons:

I used the booking.com app to book and pay for my rooms! I have used them for years for all of my stays in multiple states but the first time I have a problem arise they can’t seem to work out the issue even though the hotel agrees to and has giving confirmation to booking.com 3 times that they’re willing to refund me my money, booking still has not even tried to process my request and the hotel already initiated the refund on August 1st, emailed them confirmation on August 2nd and 3rd. Booking.com say they are calling the property but not receiving the phone is not being answered however I have called them 4 times at the same number and they pick up within 2 rings. I feel like booking has been refunded my money but does not want to give it to me

Pros:

I reserved the king suite. The room was good and clean BUT i reserved the room for the time that my family wasn’t going to be at the beach because they have a pool and hot tub BUT when we checked in the pool was GREEN, and the hot tub was GREEN also, like so green you could tell that it hadn’t been cleaned or used probably at all this year. So I would’ve really appreciated if the receptionist would’ve told me about the pool being closed the week prior to us going so I would’ve been able to cancel the room and actually get a hotel with a pool was in good condition. The receptionist said that the pool would be open later in the evening but clearly from the photos it was a lie.
