Pros:

Vue magnifique depuis la chambre sur le lac de Côme, également depuis la terrasse du restaurant.

Cons:

La chambre ne valait pas 450 €...Elle était petite et assez sommaire.

Scenic and very relaxing
Pros:

We requested an earlier check in and the request was accommodated. The staff member was fantastic and very friendly.
All staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful

Cons:

You do need access to a car to go out for dinner but the views definitely make up for it
The pool had a few insects in it that seemed worse on our second day but other than that the pool was lovely
We got lunch one day and my husbands lasagne was cold in the middle. I think it was probably microwaved. The flavour of the food was decent however

Viel zu teuer, enttäuschendes Frühstück und eine extrem schwierige Anfahrt

Die Aussicht über den See

Cons:

Leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Für eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück haben wir inklusive Park- und Touristengebühr rund 400 Euro bezahlt – dafür hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.
Besonders wichtig ist uns, andere Gäste auf die extrem schwierige Anfahrt hinzuweisen: Der Weg zum Hotel führt durch sehr enge und unübersichtliche Gassen. Die Anfahrt war für uns ausgesprochen stressig und schweißtreibend, da wir ständig Sorge hatten, das Auto zu beschädigen. Mit einem größeren Fahrzeug ist die Zufahrt aus unserer Sicht besonders problematisch. Hätten wir vorher in den Bewertungen von dieser schwierigen Anfahrt gelesen, hätten wir dieses Hotel nicht gebucht.
Die Aussicht auf den See war wunderschön und leider das einzige wirkliche Highlight. Das Frühstücksangebot war ausgesprochen enttäuschend und mit Abstand das schlechteste, das wir bisher in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erlebt haben. Für diesen hohen Preis waren Auswahl und Qualität völlig unzureichend.

Insgesamt können wir das Hotel aufgrund des schlechten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses, der extrem schwierigen Zufahrt und des enttäuschenden Frühstücks leider nicht empfehlen.

Goed hotel met een mooie uitzicht.
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed, diner hebben wij daar niet genomen. Uitzicht fantastisch. Badkamer was prima, de bedden veel te hard, de kamer was wel lekker koel, de airco hebben ze de hele dag aan staan. Je moet wel een auto hebben want als je naar het dorpje wil moet je wel behoorlijk stuk omlaag en omhoog lopen en met die hitte van 39 graden is dat niet te doen. Zwembad was goed en schoon alleen zijn er toch nog mensen die hun handdoeken voor 09.00 op de bedjes leggen. Het zwembad was ook pas open vanaf 09.00.

Cons:

De bedden en het personeel is niet altijd vriendelijk wel achter de receptie maar meer achter de bar en restaurant.
