Pros:

A very pleasant location in a green, quiet setting, yet still just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a very good selection.

The bed was fantastically comfortable, featuring a firm mattress—just the way we like it.
The staff is kind, with perfect English (reception desk).

Cons:

Slippers and bathrobes were missing; in a 5-star hotel that even has a pool, these are essential items.

Also, It is evident that this is not a new hotel—the furniture and the bathroom are a bit worn in places—but it is also clear that they are making an effort to renovate; for instance, the armchairs are stylist, new and comfortable, and the staff puts in a great effort in every respect.

Personal amable y buenas instalaciones.

Cons:

Mucha calor en la habitación, sin poder abrir ninguna ventana y con el aire al mínimo de temperatura no cambiaba nada. Dormimos destapados y aún así con calor.
Olor malo en los pasillos de la moqueta.
Zumo en el desayuno artificial.

A vast hotel that feels like a conference centre.
Pros:

The hotel is away from the centre but located in a quiet area near the university campus. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff were friendly and the fitness and wellness facilities were a bonus. Provision of bathrobes, slipper and towels to use the pool and sauna was great. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and good quality.

Cons:

The hotel is designed as a huge open space that is fluid with the reception, bar, lobby lounge all separated with curtains. I dislike oversized doors, windows and spaces which made this hotel feel like a conference centre. Architects design hotels without being practical to their use so for example the suitcase rack is inside a wardrobe whereby you smack your head on the wardrobe shelf as you pack/unpack. The toilet roll holder are facing the wrong way and uneasy to use. The shower screen leaked so the floor by the toilet was wet with the toilet roll paper getting wet. The coffee machine did not work. All the oversized doors, screens are made with chip board wood and covered with dark wooden laminate material which chips and breaks easily and looks cheap and tired.

Ubicación muy buena para entrar y salir de la ciudad. El hotel en general está muy bien, cómodo y con prestaciones. Al desayuno y al personal que lo atiende solo puedo ponerle un 10.

Cons:

La piscina climatizada está muy fría, el baño turco no funcionaba....esto fue lo peor con diferencia, estuvimos 10min y es una pena porque fuimos para un rato de relax, pero muy incómodo por la temperatura.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Overall the front desk service and the lobby. The room was clean and had a great view of the trees and forest.

Cons:

The bathroom tub was quite dangerous, since there was no bars or handles to hold onto. Also, the temperature controls were very confusing and adjusted by knobs rather than actual temperature.

Os espaços comuns do hotel não são muito quentes. Os balneários são frios e a água da piscina também não é muito quente.
