Nice hotel after walking the Camino shame about the spa experience
Pros:

The location to the centre of Santiago.
We had walked part of the Camino and it felt like a bit of luxury staying here for two days afterwards.
Very clean.

Cons:

The hotel classes itself as a spa hotel. I booked a massage for myself and my friend prior to arrival. I wish the hotel had informed me that it was going to be a man doing the massage as I would have cancelled.

The room where the massage was, was more like a broom cupboard. No air conditioning, hot, no soft spa music. The gentleman giving me the massage breathed heavily and had clearly enjoyed a lot of garlic that day. Not the spa environment I was hoping for.

Pros:

Grata sorpresa con este hotel, al llegar tuvimos suerte y encontramos aparcamiento, y luego a destacar:
- buena ubicación
- muy buen desayuno
- muy buenas instalaciones y tamaño de la habitación, y servicios dentro de la habitación, cama cómoda y baño amplio
- también buena cena en el propio hotel
- y nos gustaron otras instalaciones como la piscina interior y el gimnasio
(tuvieron un detalle al prestarnos un cargador que nos habíamos olvidado)
