Pros:

Nice chain hotel. Staff very helpful. Clean. Good location.

Cons:

Hotel is a bit tired,. I was on business so after a hard day at work I wanted a warm comfortable hotel. Food and drink offering is limited, especially the bar menu. Only beer on tap Heineken.

Las instalaciones, la ropa de cama, el tamaño de la habitación, el desayuno, lo cerca que está de la catedral, en general todo muy bien

Cons:

Para ser un hotel de cinco estrellas al baño le vendría bien una reforma, el agua de la bañera se salía todo al suelo. Se ve que es antiguo.

Wen to see the Cathedral and this hotel as an real plus. So confiortable and welcoming, like home.
Pros:

Very pleased and pleasantly surprised, Good value for money and incredible location for the Santiago de Compostella Cathedral. Breakfast was very complete and staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were ample and had all conveniences.

Cons:

Short of parking spaces. Also could do with redecorating in parts of rooms, but this is small issues in an overall excellent stay

La struttura è sicuramente molto comoda per visitare la città in comodità e confortevole con nota positiva per lo staff e per l’area benessere

Cons:

Purtroppo le camere sono un po’ datate e andrebbe fatta una manutenzione perché c’erano diverse crepe e segni di usure dal tempo sia in bagno che nella zona letto
