Great value for the area and decent breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful
Pros:

The breakfast is decent and the staff is friendly. The price is great for the area and it was very close to family we were visiting.

Cons:

There was an error in the system that resulted in our room getting assigned to another guest in the middle of the night. Thankfully we had the deadbolt set and the other guests were very nice. But it was a bit frightening to wake up to, especially with young children in the room with us. Even with that, it wouldn't stop us from staying again.

Awful, there was hair in the bed. There was a pile of hair on the floor in the bathroom. The floor was soooo gross. I didn’t dare not wear shoes. The break was very minimal with nothing but sugary filled items. The fan made a weird noise allll night long! The blinds didn’t close all way.

Nice location, OK place, great price but bathroom floor was dirty.
Cons:

The bathroom floor was dirty. At best a rag was swung around on it, but I doubt even that because there was hair on it from the last guest. I don't think the wall behind the bathroom door had been washed in ages because it had over an inch of accumulated filth, which was gross when you shut the door to use the bathroom. The bathroom floor is too small to be mop washed. Mops just spread the dirt, and especially so when the mop doesn't even make it to the edges over a very small space. Handwashing the bathroom floor would take 30 seconds longer in that space, or at the very least, handwashing the edges.

There’s a lot of mix emotions. This has nothing to do with the hotel lol
Pros:

Very light not ideal and just not enough for a big breakfast. But if you’re not lacking on finances it’s fine.

Cons:

The breakfast the addition of a pool! Much better air conditioning was awful!

Great for travelers for a quick stop
Pros:

The hotel was exactly what I was looking for- no frills, budget friendly; a place to sleep. We left before the breakfast room was open, so cannot comment. The hotel is dated, the chairs in the rooms were worn, but it was clean and comfy.
