tres bon petit dejeuner
Lit très inconfortable le lit s’est séparé pendant la nuit; aussi on m’as donné une chambre juste à côté de l’ascenseur (101) et j’entendais tout le passage. Deuxième bémol , la salle du petit déjeuner trop petite pour pouvoir s’installer car pas de place j’ai du prendre 2/3 mini viennoiseries et manger dans ma chambre pour être assis… pas cool
Je suis déçu et je ne reviendrai malheureusement pas. J’étais venu en 2023 mais ça c’est dégradé depuis.

Celui-ci meriterait un coup de rénovation dans les chambres.

Le personnel était absolument adorable et attentif à mes demandes.
L'hôtel était propre et ma chambre impeccable.
Il n'est pas situé dans le plus beau quartier de Strasbourg mais il est très bien desservi. Je pense que j'y retournerai volontier pour un prochain séjour.

The area was centrally located near public transportation which made it easy to go to/from city center.
Sauberes Zimmer und auch ruhig. Gute ÖPNV Anbindung. Leider mussten wir längere Zeit warten bis wir unser Zimmer beziehen konnten. Frühstück war sehr gut. Freundliches Personal. Badezimmer hatte keine Heizung. Dusche war ebenerdig und nur durch Duschvorhang geschützt, so dass der Boden sehr nass wurde.

Gute Lage. Die Tiefgarage war sehr nützlich und recht günstig.
Ansonsten war alles im Rahmen des erwarteten.

Je qualifierai mon séjour de moyen à assez bon. Il manque une bonne odeur en pénétrant dans l'hôtel. Quelque chose de parfumé ou tout du moins de rafraichissant. La partie accueil et restaurant est tristounette. Ces lieux sont un peu sombres et tristes. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais le repas du soir est très limite. Vraiment cher pour le peu de qualité offerte ...
Non posso dare un giudizio perché c’è stato un errore di data nella prenotazione: prenotato per sbaglio luglio invece di agosto! Provato a recuperare almeno un giorno con la struttura ma nulla da fare. Colpa mia…
