Pros:

Одним словом - "все включено".

Cons:

Електророзетки, їх там майже не має, а ті що є розташовані невдало. Необхідно використовувати подовжувачі, що не дуже зручно і комфортно.

„Leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt eine einzige Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer war so kalt, dass es sich nur sehr langsam aufwärmen ließ, weil die Wände offenbar die gesamte Wärme geschluckt haben. Besonders schlimm war der massive Rauchgeruch, der so stark war, dass ich nachts mehrfach davon aufgewacht bin. Zusätzlich war die Decke über der Dusche undicht, und das Flurlicht war absurd kurz eingestellt, sodass man ständig im Dunkeln stand. Für mich ist das weder komfortabel noch akzeptabel.“. Limpio, Cómodo, muy bueno.
Pros:

La ubicación una zona muy cómoda y tranquila cómodo. todo muy limpio y equipado.

Cons:

una cosa rara es que las ventanas daban a un garaje, las cortinas no eran un poco chicas por lo cual no cerraban bien y no daba esa sencacion de privacidad,

Wir waren zum Brings Konzert in Hückelhoven.
Pros:

Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Haustür. Parkplatz um die Ecke, frei.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistunsverhältnis war ausgesprochen gut. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern!

Man bekommt was man bucht
Pros:

Preis-Leistung so weit ok. Im Prinzip wie beschrieben. Waren aber nur zum Schlafen dort.

Cons:

2 Dinge:
1. KEINE wirklich KEINERLEI Möglichkeit die beiden Fenster zu verdunkeln. Das ist ein NOGO für uns! Wenigstens ein Rollo oder ein Vorhang ist doch das Mindeste!
2. Check-Inn und Check-out. Check Inn wird mit nach 16 Uhr angegeben, Check-out mit vor 10 Uhr... auch wenn wir dann schon früher ins Zimmer konnten, das ist einfach zu spät, bzw. Belegungszeit bei einem Aufenthalt von einem Tag unter 18 h.....

Cons:

Le descriptif pour accéder à l'établissement. Il n'est pas mentionné que la porte d'entrée donnant accès aux logements est à 10 m environ à droite de l'entrée de la maison des propriétaires. Nous avons donc sonné à cette entrée et avons dû déranger l'occupant pour qu'il nous montre l'entrée donnant accès aux logements.

Great value property for a single person
Pros:

Nice contactless experience, compact single room with small but equipped kitchen and clean, spacious bathroom.

Cons:

No blinds and summer meant that light came in from early morning, so better to bring your sleep mask.
