Pros:

Cool comfortable and a good working refrigerator. One of the staff in particular was very friendly and tried to be helpful.

Cons:

The refrigerator saved the weekend for me, because I was there for two nights and I didn't have to worry about keeping things cold before moving on. Having said that, the TV would not turn on. One of the staff was helpful and did everything she could to fix the problem. Long story short, no one else ever addressed the problem. Also housekeeping never checked in the second day. Barely had enough towels and the note I left about the TV at the beginning of the second day was ignored. Only asked for a small discount but nothing. Not worth the price per night, especially 2 nights.

This is the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in.
Pros:

This was the only reasonably priced motel in the area.

Cons:

The bathroom had black mold growing in the corner. The room smelled like mildew. The ice maker was broken and when I asked for more towels they said their dryer was broken. Also tried to call for an early check in but nobody would answer the phone.

Not horrible if you need to travel to Lawrence for a dog show
Pros:

I’ve stayed here twice now for dog shows and it’s a pleasant place. Not luxurious by any means but it gets the job done. I can stay with my dog, they have a great potty area right outside the door. There is an elevator and the room was clean.

Cons:

The elevator is a little scary. Some of the facilities could be updated.

Cons:

Smelled like cigarettes and wet dog. Mold in the bathroom. Ceiling falling apart and no finishing features, lots of exposed wires and drywall

Should get my money back. It was a total ripe off and I was scared all night.
Pros:

Nothing. It wasn’t as seen on web. Tile falling from ceiling, faucet broken, spider on bed 1 and bug in bed 2, hair wade on bed. Moved to handicap room and sounded like bowling alley above. Ripe off $200

Toilet wouldn't flush, shower nozzle was gone, didn't get king bed room like I paid for got downsized 2 queen room. Hotel said booking.com over sold king rooms. Place was filthy. We slept in car in parking lot till morning
