Brilliant holiday enjoyed by all the family. The hotel was set in a quiet and beautiful location. The children enjoyed the pools. Breakfast was great, with everything you could want. Pizza at the pool snack bar was enjoyed by our children and the hotel restaurant was good. We stayed in a superior junior suite, it was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children, the view from the balcony was perfect for an evening drink. Supermarket on site was useful for snacks and drinks for the room.
Hotel minibus to the beach but you could walk. We also hired a car through the hotel and enjoyed visiting different attractions on this lovely island.
The reception desk on our arrival was not particularly friendly.
However, we enjoyed our stay very much. Our apartment was spacious and the bed very comfortable.
We found this to be a very nice aparthotel with friendly staff. The room was very spacious. We had a high floor room with good views, however this was fortunate for us as some of the rooms are in poor locations. From photos on-line you will see that the apartments are all around the pool area. It was very quiet when we were there but started to get busier as we departed. A previous review states that there are many cats, chickens, birds and cockerels, we liked the noise of the cockerels but some holiday makers may not. We only had one singer on the terrace during our 10 night stay. Our main reason for the ' average ' review is the food. There is very little chance of getting hot food here, though there is a microwave, and the choice was very limited in the show cooking area. Some evenings the only potato offering was chips, nothing else. We went out to Son Bou Restaurants for our evening meal and once for breakfast. As the aparthotel rooms have some cooking facilities we assume that families made use of them or simply chose to go in to Son Bou. Some nights in the restaurant there were only a small number eating in. We also find the pool area very noisy at times and this is not because of visitors. The laundry trollies carrying heavy loads had to use the path that goes around the pool area to reach the rooms. The noise of these was disturbing and happened regularly. The location is about a 25 minute walk in to Son Bou though they do have a courtesy bus that operates regularly. There is a supermarket alongside the hotel but nothing else in the location. We completed a review document when we left and stated that we would not stay there again.
L'emplacement, le confort de la literie, la piscine.
Le bruit des lourdes chaises du logement du dessus lorsqu'elles étaient déplacées sur le carrelage. Il serait opportun de coller du feutre sous les pieds !
Just returned for a solo parent trip with my 2 daughters
The room was spacious but in desperate need of updating. The sofa bed wasn’t out so that was a challenge to lift up.
We didn’t use the the kitchenette but it appeared very limiting.
Air con worked but wasn’t great and we reported some strange noises on our 2nd day (scratching sounds/twigs etc coming out of it) which did improve but concerned me!
We also had electric issues in the room but this was resolved promptly.
There is a cockerel that likes to be noisy quite early and a car that lingers and entered rooms and ate food left on tables at breakfast whilst people got food/drinks
Overall staff were nice, the terrace bar didn’t seem to open in the evenings until our last day which is a shame as could have been utilised more as we sat and played cards in the evening.
The walk to the ‘town’ was done for us (about 15mins) but there is a bus that takes you down until 7.45pm.
The town is limited- mainly restaurants so not a great deal to do.
The bus for mao is near the hotel so don’t think the only one is near the Kit Kat bar as that stops great very crowded.
No struggle with sun loungers and the pools were nice.
Location was great- about 20 mins from the airport
We would visit again for a short break but would ask for a room in block 2 or 4

Lovely quiet hotel with excellent breakfasts and a generous sized room.
A very pleasant and speedy booking in process. I know it was early in the season, but for a Hotel complex of this size, (we were self catering) just one small "hut" bar open outside, periodically during the day, until about 8.30pm- 9pm,only then was the inside full bar opened, and the " hut "then closed.??? Staff cutbacks ??? The very comfy bed covers were changed every other day
I know it's stated in the "spiel" there is no entertainment every evening, at this early part of the year, ( but there was one very good young lady singing on one night.) One night in the large piano lounge the size of a ballroom, we were the only people in there, until a party of ramblers arrived (41 of them ) , the bar was soon opened !!
Other than that, nothing, oh I forgot, there was a table tennis table ! The courtesy bus down to beach starts at 10 am, stops just before 2 pm, starts again at 4, until 7.45pm, or a taxi costs approx 6-8 euros, each way. Certainly not walkable for us two unfit seventy-ish year olds . The staff were all very pleasant, but I think we needed somewhere with a little bit more life and activity.
Très bel établissement, trois bassins de piscine, espaces extérieurs très bien entretenus, très bon petit déjeuner !
