Great hotel, great staff, really clean, room fabulous. Well placed for getting the bus to Mahon, Cuitadella, Es Castell, Alford. Bus from hotel runs regularly to the beach and shops. Kit Cat bar really great for food and company. Have no complaints, great holiday, thank you all!

From a lovely welcome to a fond farewell, the entire staff made our stay both memorable and enjoyable. Superb hospitality; wonderful breakfast selection , as well as a delightful evening meal that varied each day. The room was both spacious and well equipped. The balcony offered a great view of the main garden.
There is small supermarket attached if you’re in need of provisions or some good wine or beers !
This hotel is highly recommended.

We booked with jet 2 and the whole process was great, the hotel is fantastic and the junior suite is very clean and spacious.
After I'd booked i read the reviews and did start to panic as they said food was bland and not alot of choice and as we'd booked bed and breakfast was worried as I am a fussy eater.
My advice to anyone looking to book here is don't worry breakfast is lovely with lots of choice if fruit, cheese meet and hot options ive had a freshly made omelette every morning.
We've also had dinner in the hotel restaurant 3 nights and again lots of choice even for a fussy eater like me.
Yes the hotel is a bit out of town but the shuttle bus is regular and a god send, it does finish about 7.45pm but a taxi back is only €7 50.

The outside of some of the buildings are starting to show signs of age and in need of repair; that said, the room itself was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the view across the nature reserve was brillaint. Th grounds were well kept and tidy.
Every member of staff we came across during our stay were very helpful, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.
The food was good with plenty of choice. It's a buffet so it tended to be warm rather than hot unless it was straight off the fryer. The dessert cakes were always light and tasty. Lots of choice at breakfast.
The hotel itself is on the outskirts of Son Bou, but there was a free courtesy bus to take you into town/to the beach; or it was a pleasant 20 minute stroll. If you were looking for a quiet hotel, you'd have found it here.
We enjoyed our week here and would absolutely return to this hotel if staying in Son Bou again.

Great rooms and beds.

The hotel is located at the far away corner of the town, 15 minute walk to get to restaurants/beach/pubs/shops etc and 20 minute walk back. Buses run from a stop just outside the hotel to other towns a few times a day nd the hotel ran a shuttle bus between 10am amd 7.45pm for guests to get to the loacl beach/shops/bars etc. There is a supermarket on site for all your basics. We went the last week in April and the hotel had only just opened the day before so was extremely quiet, whilst we were there no entertainment happened but it looked like they were setting up on the day we left. Most of Son Bou seemed to not open till 1st May, 7 or 8 restaurants and about 4/5 shops to choose from for the week we were there. The hotel was spotless, the town was spotless and the beach was amazing. We visited Mahin for a day (go to the fish market) and went to the zoo another day which was fab for the wee one (small kids water park at the end so take a towel and change of clothes). We had a lovely quiet family week away.

I had a fantastic stay in HG Jardin Menorca, the room was stunning and cleaned regularly, the grounds are lovely and a nice area to relax in the sun
Staff polite friendly and attentive, i report a problem at reception, , when toilet would'nt flush , resolved in 20 mins , brilliant.
Lovely little shop on site which was handy with me staying self catering.

Spent a week here and to be honest I could not fault it and I write honest, factual reviews!
Reception staff are very helpful.
The whole hotel and grounds are kept very clean and well maintained.
We went the week before the summer season starts. It was nice and quiet. just as I like it.
3 pools, comfortable sunbeds and it is a great location if you like walking and only a 20 minute walk into the town centre.
The hotel also provide a shuttle bus every 15 minutes for those who are less able to walk.
The restaurant buffet style breakfast and dinner is super fresh and they only put out small portions and refill when near empty, this avoids food waste and ensures it's freshness. Soup, delicious breads, meats, cheeses, salad bar, pineapple juice, fish.....the list is endless!
A supermarket next door provides everything you need if you are self catering.
Great wifi connection throughout hotel.
Perfect for nature lovers too. There are 2 ducks that wonder around as well as a couple of chickens!
There is also a beautiful ginger cat who we called Tommy, who lives in the grounds. Super friendly, likes a fuss and make sure you feed him (the supermarket sells cat biscuits and wet food) and there are also a group of 10 cats who live outside the back entrance of the hotel who I fed each morning. Nice to do our bit to help!
