Lovely staff, location was excellent, beautiful views.. Rooms were spacious light modern and airy. Good aircon. Gardens and pool all well kept. Loved the furniture in reception. Nice and quiet late evening. Free minibus to town and beach was a bonus.

This was our first time to Menorca and we chose this hotel as it seem to be in a very quiet area and we were not disappointed,

The resort is extremely well kept with lovely grounds and three large linked swimming pools. Even though the hotel was busy there was always lots of room and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. You never had the early morning rush for sunbeds as you could always find plenty of choice no matter what time to went to the pool area.
My only negative comment is that due to a lot of small birds around the resort, the sun beds very often have birds mess on them in the morning and you need to clean this off before you can put your towel down to lie on. This is something I think the hotel should look to deal with each morning

We had a junior suite on a self catering basis and stayed in block 2A room 204. Lovely big room, comfortable bed, lovely patio to sit out on and everything kept clean by daily visits from the cleaning staff.

Air conditioning at first seemed a bit poor, but it actually worked perfectly well and kept the room lovely and cool, especially through the night for sleeping. Never heard any noise from other rooms in our block or from outside at night to disturb you.

We did eat a couple oftimes during our stay in the hotel restaurant, which is a lovely airy restaurant, extremely clean and the staff we encountered were really good, pleasant and very helpful. The food is all buffer style, plenty of choice for all tastes. My only slight gripe was some of the food was not very hot. Other than that it was very good.
The pool bar area also serves some really nice food in the day time.

Attached to the hotel is a really good supermarket. The prices are very good and you can get pretty much everything you need if you are there on a self catering basis.

Son bou beach is about a 25 minutes pleasant walk from the hotel. The beach is beautiful and gets extremely busy very early so if you want to go there and have a sun bed and umbrella you need to get there quite early. The hotel runs a regular mini bus to and from the beach and central area of Son Bou during the day time and evening. This is free to hotel guests.

Overall we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it if you want a peaceful and relaxing holiday and we will definitely return for another stay.

We love the relaxed atmosphere of this hotel and the wildlife that surrounds it, all the staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean.
Son bou is a very quiet resort and the beach is absolutely beautiful, so if you’re looking for a relaxed holiday Jardin Menorca is the place .

Hotel looks lovely setting and clean on first impression it is set on a hillside amongst residential property and a 25 minute walk away from any shops or restaurants. The internet and air conditioning rates a clear zero here as neither barely work.
It was nice to see the cockerel’s and chicks wandering around not just the hotel but full resort until day 2 when the ones in the hotels ground have you up at stupid o’clock constant squawking. There was many blurry eyed folks at breakfast who’s sleep was ruined because of this call first light and was a big topic amongst guests at breakfast which actually I feel is a major issues here and need resolving by stopping them entering the hotel grounds. It is really bad tbh and we could hear them clearly from 3am even on the 4th floor !!
Our room was large and clean on arrival the shower room modern our balcony was literally a chair away from adjoining room balcony so no privacy and overshadowed by trees the room had a broken fridge door and missing utensil equipment the room was not cleaned good whatsoever and some days cleaning did not arrive up to 4-5pm some days which is really bad as you were stuck without any clean towels to get changed until they turned up so after a day round pool or beach even ringing reception made no difference . Never saw any pool area maintenance throughout our stay the gardens need some tlc but it is a nice area to chill out.
There was quite a lot of young families arrived during our week even though not yet school holidays but apart from a small pool and slide on the grass there was nothing else for them to do There was more kids hotels by the beach though geared up for families with water slides mini disco etc in the centre of Son Bou and the beach is really nice.
Overall we enjoyed MENORCA and Son Bou town itself it is modern and clean not much going on but it was nice. We would return but to a differant hotel as this has quite a lot of issues need resolving .The hotel does provide a shuttle bus though but only up to 7.45pm after that you need to walk or get a taxi and there is also a supermarket next door with plenty of selection and we were happy with the breakfast meals and bar area too they were nice especially on a night but it is all very low key and would have been a lovely rest if the noisy cockerels would have let us sleep.

An enjoyable 7 nights spoiled by the lack of items at the outdoor bar. Prosecco not available on one evening, wine by the bottle not available despite being on the menu, Aperol spritz not available because of the lack of Prosecco, mojito not available because there was no mint.
I would expect a hotel like this to be able to manage stock control effectively and not place the staff in the difficult position of having to turn down the requests of guests.

Very nice quiet location, supermarket just in the corner! Wonderful personal on reception especially Elena! She was very kind and made our stay really great and amazing!
