Nice hotel, reasonablygood value.
Pros:

Stayed in this hotel for one night during a 2 day trip to macau. The hotel is located in a central location, not far from the main bus station, grand Lisboa hotel, and the picturesque ‘old town’. There are plenty of restaurants and food outlets, plus a local supermarket nearby.
The check in process was a bit long, and the staff were only average friendly or helpful.
The room itself was reasonably large, enough to accommodate 3 people for one night easily. The view was facing the macau tower towards the harbour.
Our package did not include breakfast which was at an additional cost. The internet and WiFi worked just fine for us. We all got a decent nights sleep after a full day of sightseeing.

Everything was good except restaurant staff
Pros:

Location: just beside yaohan and other casinos. Very accessible to eateries and malls.

Facilities: has a spa, and shuttle bus provided. There’s in house casino. Breakfast is great.

Room: big and spacious and very clean. Very well maintained. And no smoking smell in room.

Staff: counter staff are very nice and friendly. However the restaurant staff needs abit more training. We were having our breakfast with 1 infant and 1 toddler. There’s no baby chair provided. Hence I’ve to carry them w my hands and feed them on the other, with a lot of balancing skills. Some food were on the floor (which is expected for kids). The staff just told me off that I am spoiling their carpet floor, and told the cleaner to sweep the floor (while I’m still eating). They grumble non stop that I’m spoiling their floor…… I wonder is this an adult only hotel…

Unbearable cigarette smoke
Pros:

This place absolutely *reeks* of cigarette smoke. To the point that it smells like someone was smoking in my non-smoking room seconds before I entered. It was difficult to sleep and I did everything I could to avoid being in it when not at work.

To add to the tackiness, they called me past 9pm (I get up very early and was asleep) and while I had the do not disturb sign up and had the gall to ask me to pay for towels that had some red on them from my hair. Like, just wash them? It easily comes out. Surely I'm not the only one with dyed hair that has stayed in this hotel. I know they didn't attempt to wash them because they left them in a pile in the middle of the floor.
