Good stay
Pros:

Overall, we had a good stay and would consider staying here again. Breakfast is excellent, and I highly recommend including it with your stay. The hotel has a lot going for it. It's right on the beach, the property is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. We especially appreciated the complimentary late checkout they provided, which was a thoughtful gesture.

The location is another major advantage. It's only about a 10-minute drive to both Alcúdia and Can Picafort. Free parking is available both on the property and along the street in front of the hotel. There are also several restaurants, bars, and supermarkets directly across the street, making it easy to grab a meal or anything you may need.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. While the hotel is a bit expensive for the level of service provided, the beachfront location, cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location make it a solid choice. With a little more flexibility and improved guest services, it would be an even better experience.

Cons:

There are a few quirks that we wish the hotel would improve. One of the biggest frustrations was the food policy. The bar doesn't serve food, and guests aren't allowed to bring in outside food. In addition, you can't take food from one of the hotel's restaurants into another, even though they're all part of the same property. The breakfast hours (7:45 AM–10:45 AM) are very strict. One morning we arrived right at 10:45 AM and were given a hard time about being seated. We were then asked to leave by 11:05 AM, which felt unnecessarily rushed. If you have an early excursion or need breakfast before 7:45 AM, don't expect much flexibility.

Another inconvenience was borrowing an iron. The hotel requires a €50 cash deposit—cash only, with no option to charge it to your room. While you do get the money back, it feels like an outdated and unnecessary process.

The sauna hours could also be expanded, and if you plan to have dinner at the hotel, it's much more affordable to purchase the dinner package in advance rather than paying on-site.

Würde das Hotel niemandem empfehlen.
Cons:

Es war viel zu laut. Personal war überforderet. Wir mussten 400 Eur zusätzlich für eine Person zahlen, obwohl wir 3 Zimmer für je zwei Personen gebucht hatten.
Vieles ist falsch gegangen und niemand konnte helfen.

Un séjour agréable dans cet établissement
Pros:

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au Playa Esperanza by Meliá. Le personnel a été particulièrement accueillant et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. Nous appréhendions un peu le buffet avant notre arrivée, mais nous avons été agréablement surpris par la variété des plats proposés et leur bonne qualité. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un établissement agréable, idéal pour passer des vacances reposantes.

Cons:

Quelques points pourraient être améliorés. Le premier jour, nous avons déposé le panneau sur la porte pour demander le ménage. En revenant en fin de journée, la chambre n’avait toujours pas été faite. Lorsque nous l’avons signalé, il nous a été répondu qu’elle n’avait pas eu le temps. Cela dit, le ménage a finalement été effectué. Une tasse sale est également restée dans la chambre pendant tout notre séjour.

Enfin, au moment du départ, nous avions oublié une gourde dans la chambre. La réceptionniste, très gentille, a demandé à un employé de nous accompagner pour la récupérer. En revanche, l’attitude de cette personne a été particulièrement désagréable, ce qui a laissé une dernière impression un peu décevante.

Joynfull stay from the 1st to last day.
Pros:

Our stay it’s amazing. The sea view it’s amazing. The all resort looks like a paradise. The food was amazing, staff super friendly and for the kids they will not be alone. Perfect spot for enjoy, Beauty and relaxing vacation.
