Nois avons tout aimé. Cet hôtel est magnifique

Cons:

Nous avons rencontré une seule personne à l'accueil qui parlait français mais elle n'était pas toujours là alors on n'a peut être pas profité de certaines choses car on n'osait pas demander.

Absolutely perfect stay!
Pros:

We honestly couldn't fault a thing. Great first impression checking in with lovely staff, and this only continued throughout our stay. The grounds are beautiful with lots of grass, mature gardens and well manicured palms and planters. There are sun loungers in every corner with plenty of choice. Three pools, and one of them is heated, and also an indoor pool and spa with all the perks. The rooms look brand new. Our apartment was modern and tasteful and the beds were so comfortable. La Luna restaurant was a surprise, the food not at all your typical pool bar food and absolutely delicious. Another surprise was having a little supermarket within the hotel grounds that didn't bump their prices up ridiculously so. Very practical for guests. We got home and immediately booked to return next month.

Cons:

There is nothing we didn't like. My only suggestion would be to serve cocktails at the pool bar for those who want them – Mojitos, etc. Other than that we loved everything.

L'emplacement est parfait surtout avec les enfants.
Les parcs de jeux et animations sont super.
La vue exceptionnelle.. l'appartement top.
Le buffet est généreux et bien diversifié.
La beauté de l'établissement et le personnel toujours souriant.

Cons:

Les oreillers ne sont pas confortables, trop épais.
Le sol du parc Minikids sous chapiteau est sale, nous sommes ressortis à chaque fois les pieds noirs.
Hormis cela l'espace de jeux est exceptionnel.
