the cleaners stole jeylery from our room, I would not recomend this hotel at all

The room was large and very nice

Cons:

the staff was not very nice, I would say even a bit arrogant from the beginning.
I also informed them that it seemed as though a pair of gold earings became missing after the maid had cleaned, they did nothing only siad they would ask that maid the next day if they took the earings (which of course was denied by the maid)

Eine entspannte und tolle Woche👍
Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr gross und verteilt sich sehr gut. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sehr sauber!

Cons:

Bequeme Betten zum schlafen aber das Kissen war Steinhart.

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Die Lage,das Essen,trotz der vielen Menschen im Hotel war das Essen immer hervorragend.Gerade zu den Essenszeiten war immer sehr viel Betrieb,was Hedrich nie an der Qualität noch das es nicht aufgefüllt wurde.Schon lange nicht mehr in einem so guten Hotel Urlaub gemacht!

Das tolle Essen, welches sehr abwechslungsreich war und die Nähe zum Stand.
Auch die Lage des Zimmers war sehr ruhig und hatte eine tolle Aussicht.

Cons:

Die zusammengeschobenen Betten sind oft auseinandergerutscht. Die sollten miteinander verbunden werden.
Es gibt auch nicht so viele Parkplätze vor dem Hotel für Hotelgäste.

Pros:

Tout était parfait ! bravo a l'hôtellerie espagnole qui a de longues années devant elles. Ils sont vraiment un cran au-dessus en terme de rapport qualité prix service. Tout est au rendez vous. Nourriture activité piscine spa... la plage adjacante est l'une des plus belles de l île.
