Zafiro Bahia

Once again another magical family holiday at Zafiro Bahia. Our second visit in 6 months we couldn’t wait to get back and the second time around was just as special. We want to say a massive thank you to the whole team at Zafiro Bahia for making our holiday very special.
Great lactation being right on the beach and not to far from Alcudia and Can Picafort, last year we stayed at Can Picafort Zafiro which was amazing but Bahía being right on the beach ticks all the boxes.
Loads of things to do to keep the kids busy with plenty of different kind of swimming pools, park, mini golf and many other activities.
The food was outstanding with lots of choice with different themed evenings every night. At lunch you have a choice of eating at the buffet or at the pool bar which has different selection of food, we all preferred eating at the pool bar as it’s very convenient being right next to the pools.
Evening entertainment was really good for the kids, it had them up dancing most of the time, kids and family kahoot was really fun getting everybody involved, also the performance acts on every night most of the time we’re very entertaining.
All entertainment ends kind of early around 10pm which isn’t such a bad thing so everyone can get an early night ready for next days adventures.
The hotel rooms were very clean and very spacious, they have amazing sea view balconies which over sea the entertainment, pool areas and the beach and sea.
Again we thank everyone at Zafiro Bahia we will back again in the future for our third visit.

Amazing hotel we brought our two daughters 6 and 3 and they didn't want to leave. Kids entertainment was amazing and alot of effort put in. Girls loved the loom band making and pumpkin carving. Love the fact its on the beach so you have the best of both worlds swimming pool day or beach day! Plenty of food choices at buffet something for everyone and very tasty!! Thank you to everyone for making our trip memorable!

Skvělý personál, velice dobré jídlo (pestrá nabídka). V podstatě u moře. Vyšli nám vstříc s umístěním pokoje. Skvělé pro děti. Je na ně myšleno jak v případě jídla, tak co se týče zábavy a to včetně dětských bazénů. Naopak bazén nad restaurací je 18+, tedy klidné prostředí :-). Opravdu nám nic nechybělo.

It's a nice resort, well located, just by excellent beach, one of Majorca's Top 5. Food is okay, don't expect anything extraordinary, just fine food, with some bits so-so and sometimes something very nice. Rooms are spacious, with balcony that is of great use in the evening, especially if you're lucky to catch west-oriented one as we were. Cleanliness great, lots of nice staff, they are all very friendly, so just appreciate their work. Can't say much more about the resort, we've not used any non-heated pools or evening entertainment (which I'd rather call a nuisance), it's the beach that is the best asset of this place and it was the main reason we went there - apart from heated pools. However, with beach proximity, heated pools were not really important. There's one heated pool for adults only and one mixed, so it's full of kids. Pool for toddlers was cold, what was a bit disappointing, same as all other pools - baltic. Respect to all kids who used them. But overall - wouldn't mind coming back there, but I'm certainly not coming back to the same places.

Just back from our third stay at this hotel and wanted to share how fantastic it is ! The service from every single member of staff is exceptional! Special mentions to Marc and Antonia for making us feel so welcome again!

Everything is lovely and clean, food choices are great and the hotel is in a beautiful location.

All in all Zafiro Bahia is the perfect choice for a perfect family holiday and we are already booked further next year!

We loved our stay at the Zafiro Bahia. Firstly, the room was spotless and spacious. It had a very luxurious feel to it, comfortable bed and all we needed for a week's stay.
The staff were brilliant. Everyone that we met was cheerful and happy to talk to us and our son.
The food, both in the buffet and in the a la carte restaurant was delicious. There was lots of choice and everything was very fresh and hot. The buffet restaurant had different theme nights and every one was full of delicious food. Our son is very fussy but there was always something for him to eat, be it big chicken nuggets or fish fingers. They also have a great pasta station with different shapes and sauces. Cocktails were brilliant. Breakfast was fantastic. So much choice and the chefs were happy to accommodate any requests. There was a selection of milks too, Oat milk, almond milk and soya milk were available.
The entertainment team work very hard. They were great with the kids and spoke many different languages. A true credit to the hotel.
The bouncy bubble pool was my son's favourite, the kids slides a close second. There was a heated outdoor pool which was nice on the colder days.
Being right on the most beautiful beach is a fantastic advantage. It felt incredibly safe with lifeguards and was very shallow for a long way out.
There were a couple of very stormy days when we visited but all of the entertainment just moved to the indoor stage and continued as usual. Definitely did not put a dampener on our holiday.
Loved everything about this hotel. 100% recommend it to anyone, lots for the kids to do while also meeting the needs of the adults.

Excellent resort for families. Different pools and space for everyone. Great service and very welcoming staff.
Food was abundant and at no time did we think that we needed something we couldn't get.

Facility and familly friendly

We had a fantastic experience at Zafiro Bahia in Mallorca! 🌞 This resort is highly recommended, especially for families. Everything exudes child-friendliness: from the pools and playgrounds to the daily activities where children never get bored.

A big plus is the daily cleaning – a fresh room and clean towels every day. The entire grounds are also constantly maintained: during meals, around the pool, and on the paths, you can always see that everything is well cared for.

In addition, the staff is exceptionally friendly. Always a smile, always willing to help, and they make you feel truly welcome. This makes your stay extra pleasant.

The only thing is that there is not much to do around the hotel, but the entertainment offer within the hotel compensates for that.

We had the room with the swim up pool and there were 2 adults and a 1.5 year old child.

In short: if you're looking for a carefree, clean, and child-friendly holiday destination, you can confidently choose Zafiro Bahia. We would love to come back!

Location, pools, staff

My recent stay at your hotel was wonderful, but what truly made it exceptional was the service we received from Amado, one of your waiters at the restaurant and pool bar.

From our first breakfast to our last evening cocktail, Amado was the highlight of our dining experiences. He is not only incredibly efficient and professional but also genuinely kind and attentive. He remembered our names and our favorite drinks after the first order, which was a lovely personal touch.

His recommendations for both food and local attractions were spot-on and greatly appreciated. He has a warm, welcoming presence that makes guests feel immediately comfortable and well-cared for. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work and truly enjoys ensuring guests have a fantastic experience.

Please recognize Amado for his hard work and dedication. Employees like him are a huge credit to your hotel and are the main reason we would not hesitate to return and recommend this place to everyone.
