Pros:

В самом сердце Львова, в пешеходной зоне. Персонал - лучшие девчата! Можно оставить чемоданы в спец комнате на ресепшн. Есть общая кухня с микроволновкой, чайником, чай-кофе.

Great location, but disappointing housekeeping and excessive noise made this stay unpleasant.
Pros:

The hotel has a great central location, and this is not my first stay here. In the past, I had positive experiences, which is why I chose to return.

Cons:

Housekeeping was very poor during my stay. Apart from replacing towels and providing toilet paper, the room was not properly cleaned. The sink, mirror, and floor were never cleaned, and the bed linen was only changed after I specifically requested it. In addition, the room next door was occupied by children who were extremely noisy late into the night and again early in the morning, making it difficult to rest or sleep.

Cons:

Вікна виходять в дворик,а там безліч кафе,отже посиденьки, крики,співи супроводжували мій нічний сон до 4 ранку,а в 6 почався рух прибиральниць в коридорі,шумоїзоляція жахлива ,на превеликий жаль(( а так все супер,чисто ,затишно ,гарне обслуговування на рецепшені, зручне розташування)
