Mejor imposible!
Pros:

Hermosa residencia! Súper cómoda, con todo lo necesario, bien ubicada, limpia, muy linda. Todo perfecto: y la atención de Vanessa para destacar súper atenta y amena, nos dio buenas recomendaciones y siempre todo con una sonrisa. Nos hizo sentir como en casa.

Pros:

Absolute perfection from the location, to the staff (Vanessa was phenomenal), to the apartment itself. Loved this stay and will definitely stay here next time we are in Venice

The AC did not work well. It didn't really cool down the room.

Pros:

Amazing! I can’t stress that enough. Vanessa consistently went over and above for us, accomodating our late arrival, she also helped us when our transfer out of Venice was cancelled. She absolutely saved us! The location is incredible walking distance to everything, so close to both san Marcos square but also the Rialto bridge, and yet so quiet. Highly recommend - the room was so spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, nice and spacious, very good reception, clean, good location.
Pros:

We loved the fact that you have enough space. The apartment was nice and spacious. Also felt very special to receive a bottle of very nice champagne and a typical Italian "cake" upon arrival. The lady that checked us in was very, very nice and friendly, above average!!!

Cons:

We did not like the fact that you had to pay E50 to use the washing machine. For a longer stay this is economical, but it is really a rip-off of you only stay for two nights like we did. We badly wanted to do the washing, but it was unaffordable to pay E50 to use the machine for one wash. This should really be reconsidered and a daily, cheaper rate should be given. We were so excited to see there was a washing machine, only to be disappointed that we had to pay E50 to use is. If you stay for a week, the E50 is understandable, but for a two night stay it felt like we were being cheated.

The hotel is quite far from the main train station and getting to the hotel from the station is a bit far to walk with luggage and a water taxi is very expensive and a private taxi unaffordable. The hotel is however very close to Saint Marco's square which makes up for the fact that it is far away from the train station. Perhaps, a good suggestion would be a voucher for guests to use the water taxi upon arrival and check-out, or at least a discount voucher.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Venice — Perfect for Families
Pros:

I found Residenza Corte Grimani after doing a lot of research, and I’m so thankful I did! This hotel is an absolute treasure — beautiful, clean, and incredibly spacious — just steps from St. Mark’s Square.

Vanessa was such a delight! She helped us arrange a water taxi right to the hotel’s door and even met us at the boat when the tides were high to guide us in. If you’ve never been to Venice, you know it’s a bit of a labyrinth, but Vanessa made everything so easy. She patiently helped us remember key landmarks so we could always find our way back.

The rooms were huge and perfect for our family of four with two teenagers. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and it was such a nice respite after busy days exploring. The rooms were warm and cozy despite the chilly weather outside, and we appreciated having a full kitchen and even a washer available (for a small fee).

We absolutely loved our stay here. Thank you, Vanessa, for your kindness and hospitality — we will definitely be back!
