Great location , rooms look amazing but beds need to be sorted even with 6 pillows we all struggled to sleep

The pool was excellent the rooms were clean and staff we met were all lovely and location we found very handy

Cons:

We were “upgraded “to one of the new suites out the back no65 . The bathroom doors do not close properly big gap . Beds are hard as rocks and roll out bed had springs sticking out so everyone struggled with sleeping . Also v v little places to put clothes and no where to hang bath towels after showers seems like they forgot to put up anything other then one tiny hook in bathroom . The suites look great but don’t function very well

Totalmente recomendable, no cambieis
Pros:

El apartamento es amplio, cuidado, cómodo y bonito. Tienen unas terrazas y unas vistas espectaculares. Por otro lado, el precio es correcto, es un ejemplo de turismo coherente, sin precios abusivos, y con una muy buena calidad. Luego en si, nautilus, es un museo!!! Toda una experiencia

Me gusta porque es amplio , está adaptado para personas con discapacidad, nos dieron la habitación a pie de la piscina súper bien , está todo limpio

I , plus my family , plus my friends , will never return
Cons:

The senior woman at reception.not a nice person , never smiles or engages in conversation with any visitors. On our final day i asked if we could stay in our apt for 4 extra hours . Reply was no , i can give you one elswere for 120 euro . I was amazed with this but she turned away and walked off . I and my fa.ily and friends are frequent visitors to Natulous and to Matagorda , on average ,4 trips per year ,and this person has not been courtious to us on any visit . Other people say the same. The manner she treats visitors , and the price for 4 hours is a disgrace .( A younger lady ar reception is wonderful ). I was badly injured on a visit previously when a white chair on patio disintegrated when i sat on it inflicting serious injury , which has still not healed and needs weekly dressings . When speaking to this person at that time , and on all visits since , she showed no interest whatsoever , and i wonder why i did not take a claim against owners due to her attitude towards matter .

The swimming pool was the cleanest I've seen in years. At night a "robot" can be spotted cleaning the floor of the pool.

This stay was only for an overnight, we would not consider staying there again.
Pros:

The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There are no catering facilities other than breakfast. There is no shop. The apartment was at the very top of the complex and up a gradient.
