Pros:

Nähe Flughafen, trotzdem ruhig.
Sehr gutes Frühstück, toller Pool. Supermarkt und Pizzeria in der Nähe. Die tollen Kunstwerke!!!

Alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen, aber dann ein Zimmer am Pool buchen 😀

Gut 👍🏻 wir waren nur eine Nacht da!

Das Zimmer war leider nicht richtig sauber, auf den Stühlen lagen noch Krümel vom Vorgänger !

Appart hôtel proche de l'aéroport
Pros:

Nous avons eu un petits bungalows type T2 (pièce principale avec kitchenette, terrasse avec table, chaises et 2 transats, une sde moderne et une chambre) répartis autour et derrière la piscine.
Belle piscine avec beaucoup de transats.
Proche de l'aéroport (10 minutes en taxi), j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour ça car notre avion décollait très tôt le matin.
Proche de la plage et des commerces et restaurants (accessibles par des petits chemins piétonniers).
Possibilité de laisser ses bagages en consigne (gratuit), pratique vu que les appartements ne sont pas disponible avant 16h00. On a eu le nôtre à 16h30.
Réceptionniste de nuit très sympa (heureusement qu'il nous a entendu appeler car on ne nous avait pas donné le code de la porte pour sortir à 5h00 du matin et la sonnette ne fonctionnait pas)

Cons:

La réceptionniste en journée n'était vraiment pas sympathique.
Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle
Les poubelles (des précédents locataires) n'avaient pas été vidées (elles étaient pleines de mégots de cigarettes donc forte odeur dans la cuisine)
Terrasse pas très intime, trop proche de celle des voisins, avec seulement un petit muret de séparation.
Lit fait avec seulement des draps sans couette, ni couverture alors qu'il ne faisait pas très chaud. J'ai trouvé dans le placard une seule petite couette pour un lit 2 places.
Le matelas n'est pas très confortable

Pros:

Apartamento muy amplio, con todo lo necesario. Buenas toallas y toallas para la piscina. Entorno decorado con obras de arte y cactus muy bonitos. Ubicado junto al aeropuerto a 5 minutos en coche de Puerto del Carmen.

Cons:

Almohadas mejorables.. El aire acondicionado solo en el salón y de pago. No hay calefacción para el invierno., ni siquiera en el baño.

Welcoming stay with beautiful pool. Little tweaks would make all the difference.
Pros:

Lovely staff, beautiful pool area, comfortable apartment. Very modern reception area with seating.
Staff happy to turn two singles into a double by swapping mattress. Lots of eclectic artwork everywhere.

Cons:

Room was unexpectedly chilly and there was no way to briefly put heating on or extra bedding. Kitchen tiny so not a single cupboard or shelf to put any food. Maybe provide mugs too?
And a little pool bar would be nice!

It was okay but not as special as I thought it would be. However. It appears to be great for the disabled eg wheelchair

Its location is great. The art work is amazing. The grounds are nice.

I didn’t think it was anything special. I often walked past there and wanted to see what it was like. It just didn’t have anything special really. It looked like it catered very well for disabled people.
