I would stay again as pool area was nice
Pros:

Hotel pool area and shared areas were nice

Cons:

Rooms were in thorough need of refit. Our room was on the ground floor and suitable for people with disabilities, which was not what we needed/ requested

Lovely stay in great location.
Pros:

Lovely apartments in great location. Swimming pool area is fabulous and very spacious.

Cons:

Small complaint but the pillows were woeful. They all need to be thrown out and replaced. We had an issue with an air conditioner/heating unit on the side of the restaurant which ran all night. But in fairness we never complained to the staff about it and just put up with the noise.

La proximité avec l’aéroport.

Cons:

Dans notre appartement il y avait une odeur qui remontait des évacuations de la douche et des sanitaires qui était tout simplement à vomir ! C’était difficilement tenable sans ouvrir les fenêtres .
Je trouve ça inadmissible d’oser louer un appartement dans cet état. Heureusement que nous y sommes restés seulement une nuit car nous aurions été obligés d’en changer .
De plus, la bouilloire était inutilisable pleine de tartre.
Cela nous a fait très mauvaise impression !

Pros:

We really liked the location in Matagorda. Enjoyed walk into Puerto Del Carmen (about an hour)might be too far for some. Nice places to eat close by, Spar 3 mins walk another small market 2 mins walk.
We had 2 bedroom apt right by the pool, was pleasantly surprised to have toilet as well as bathroom. The bathroom has open shower would help if there was something there to wipe away water over the floor could be a slipping hazard. Pool was clean saw then out very morning cleaning pool and surrounding area. Also a lifeguard at the pool too.
Will definitely be back

Cons:

The water all over the bathroom floor used towels to dry off. Could easily slip especially if young child or older person.

Pleasant and relaxing hotel. Close to the airport, which however you may hear some noise.
Pros:

Pool and breakfast were excellent! The lady responsible for the breakfast was very polite and helpful. The bed mattresses were of good quality. We were moving with a car and the hotel location is super.

Cons:

I did not like the apartment decoration and style. The kitchen need some renovation. Also, wi-fi was not good!

Pros:

Lovely adapted room. Great kitchen, bathroom, living area and garden area outside. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Bed could be a bit higher for a disabled person. Only complementary tea and coffee on first day and coffee decaf. The WiFi wasn't always reliable either.

Alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen, aber dann ein Zimmer am Pool buchen 😀

Gut 👍🏻 wir waren nur eine Nacht da!
