Power was out for 35 of the 48 hours we stayed here. Front desk was generally friendly but did not have any useful communications to pass about when power would be restored

Did not meet expectations, Funky smell to room
Pros:

we chose not eat the breakfast because our room had a strong funky smell but all the other rooms were taken but we were traveling with kids and it was late at night. would not recommend. staff was nice though.

Great location, and comfortable
Pros:

Very convenient, room very comfortable

Cons:

Issue the door lock to our room. Took over 30 minutes for someone to arrive at re-key the door. We had a late arrival so this was somewhat inconvenient

Ehh. Nice place to sleep...
Pros:

It was nice that it was a quiet area and the breakfast and wifi were free. Also really likes the pool table in the lobby.

Cons:

There was blood on the sheets and a pillow in our room. Nothing really looked clean. The light by the door would flicker when you turned it on. The bathroom door very clearly had a patched up hole because there was a decent size pink circle on it. The windowsill had a burn mark on it. Floor wasnt swept. Some parts of the ceiling not dusted. No bags for garbage in the trash cans or recycling bin. No shower curtain liner which made water go through the mesh part of the shower curtain that was there. The shower head looked like it has never been cleaned. The coffee pot button was broken so when you turned it on its automatically on and when its done it doesn't stop, it started spitting hot water at me. Honestly it would have been nice if it were just clean.

I would absolutely stay again!
Pros:

The breakfast was slim, but it was fine.
Great people, very accommodating.

Cons:

Ran out of boiled eggs, but the staff was apologetic, and the rest of the choices were fine.
Room AC was not on when we arrived, and it took several hours to cool down, but once it did, it was great.
