Pros:

Personale gentilissimo, posizione a 100 m dal mare, e vicino alla fermata della Metromare( tipo metropolitana) che unisce Rimini e Riccione fino alle 2 di notte. Rimini 4 minuti e Riccione 15.
Passa ogni 15 minuti.

Cons:

Ci vorrebbe un pò di manutenzione . Nel mio caso al box doccia.

Приветливый персонал, вкусный завтрак с множеством выпечки, хлопья, колбаса, яичница, бекон, сосиски, кофе, чай. Хорошо работал кондиционер в номере. Было не шумно и комфортно спать

Disappointed
Pros:

Location was good and there was enough parking spaces in there paid parking lot.

Cons:

Booked as a 4-star hotel, but the condition of the room did not match that rating. The bathroom was the worst part: the shower/bath mixer tap is corroded and physically crumbling, with small pieces flaking off (see photos). Using a shower that is in that state, when the whole point is to get clean, was not pleasant.

The rest of the room showed the same lack of upkeep – peeling and cracking paint, scuffed and marked walls, a grimy drain, and worn fittings. These aren’t one-off cosmetic details; the general maintenance is well below what I’d expect even from a 3-star.

For this price you can find noticeably better-kept places nearby. I’d think twice before booking, and I’d suggest looking at recent guest photos rather than relying on the star rating.

Sicuramente non tornerò più.
Pros:

Posizione del albergo buona, la colazione abbondante è tutto sommato buona,il cambio di le asciugamani tutti giorni e gradito.Il personale disponibile è gentile .

Cons:

Camera piccola per due persone molto sporca trovato formiche per terra ragnatele ovunque il bagno vecchio è la doccia piccola e sporca.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere matrimoniali. Camere sporchissime e fatiscenti. Soffione doccia con lerciume e pericolo di batteri e malattie. Nell'altra camera vasca ridipinta e tutto il bagno sporco e fatiscente. Aria condizionata sempre funzionante senza possibilità di spegnere neanche di notte. Da CHIUDERE subito.
