It was an okay stay.
Pros:

There wasn't much that I could say that I liked about the hotel. I like that there were luggage carts available, and that the room had a lot of outlets.

Cons:

The breakfast was okay; you should change it on different days. The swimming pool area is too hot and stuffy; it needs some air circulation.

I was charged immediately and the booking website said we can pay at the room. This was a lie.

Cons:

No clean towels for the 2nd day. No water in shower for the second room reserved on the second day. And could not work in til the next morning. Every one had to showers in one room 3 adults 4 kids. I was charge immediately for both rooms and the website stated you can pay at the site. And charge me for incidentals on the charge and also authorize when we arrived at the Hotel

Everything,room was not very clean, water damage above the bed ,the elevator sounded like it was fixing to jump off the cable,beds were uncomfortable, the room was so terrible. The breakfast was so bad I deserve a refund

Pros:

The sidewalks and pilot were all covered in slow/ice. No attempt was made to make it safer ( no shoveling or salt). I fell near the entrance.

Cons:

The ceiling in my room has two areas where the ceiling are coming down.

Overall it was decent.
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

The beds were squeaky and unstable. There was a metal piece from what looked like the frame that was sticking out and gashed my leg up pretty bad.

Great location for OU games but somewhat overpriced given the distance to Norman.
Pros:

The location is excellent for Texas residents attending OU games.

Cons:

Although I had booked a room with a foldout bed for myself and a child, the foldout was not made up on arrival and no linens were supplied for it even at the time of check in. Further, I was unable to reach either guest services or the front desk using the room phone for about 10 minutes, and so had to return downstairs to obtain linens myself.

Given the elevated rates for the football weekend, I think these types of details should be addressed at least by the time of check in, and that the phones should be attended.
